@@kathyctbc good question!! Are we able to use the rouge code multiple times? Cuz ya know I'm going to remember things I "need" as soon as I place an order

What's everyone planning on swooping up with 20%?

I'm planning on getting OCC's tinted moisturizer in Y2 (does anyone else use this?) and maybe some of the mix and mingle Bite products!
I'm gonna try and go to the event tonight, if I can get a grip on my migraine.  But I am VERY thankful the UD Vault is OOS everywhere (UD website, Sephora, Ulta, and I tried several department stores too) because I priced it out and really it's kind of a wash with what I want from the set vs what I would gift away.  So...I'm gonna treat myself to Naked 1, 2 and 3. And maybe one of the flushed blush/bronzer sets.  I have Strip and love it, so might get one of the other ones too. I'm also going to get Algenists primer (I'm almost out).  That's all I can think of right now.

Thank you for posting that the 20% sale GIFTROUGE code was already working!!! Yes!

I just placed an order for:

Marc Jacobs Enigma Eye Palette

NARS lip pencil set

NARS blush palette

Korres Wild Rose Skincare set

Those were my 4 big must haves.  Whew! Now I can go to the store event tonight and just try stuff out, but all of the limited edition things I really really wanted are off my list!  WooHoo! Thank you ladies!!

My invite / coupon card said the code is multi use through Nov. 10th.
Yes, I believe I used the codes multiple times last year with no problem.  Also good to break up orders if you are ordering things like nail polish/aerosols that must ship via ground (one hazmat order will take longer to ship, the others should arrive in the normal 3 day window), AND you get a tote with each order.  At least that's how I did it last year.  I think you could probably order each item individually, but that might get you flagged, and we all know how that goes. I think last year during the sale they had issues with volume of orders and making the 3 day Rouge order...sounds like some people are already taking longer to receive their Rouge orders and its not even crazy holiday time yet!!

Yes! I just ordered and split my 4 items into 4 separate orders using the same code for VIB Rouge. I think it's dumb that they have flagged people for doing this. In my opinion, one of the benefits of Rouge is no minimum free shipping, so I'm going to use that benefit. Each of my items was over $20 so I doubt I'll have an issue, but maybe careful if you've got some smaller items you are ordering and just order a couple at a time?

Thanks for the info guys.

My orders will all be 25-50 and I don't plan on placing a gazillion a day.

BTW I've see people say Sephora put them on a "time out"

What does that even mean?

Ohhh kay. So I am actually going to try to NOT order a ton online (ha ha) so am going to get everything I need/want tonight at the event. Of course I am already anticipating they won't have stock of at least ONE thing I want.

- REN Cleansing Balm duo (this might have to be ordered online)

- REN eye cream

- Bobbie Brown Corrector

- Dior Holiday Lipstick (may have to order online)

- NARS RCC

- MUFE Beauty Kit

- Caudalie Grape Water

- YSL Gloss Volupte

- Yu-Be Foaming Skin Polish (online)

- Boscia Tsubaki Cleansing Oil-Gel

- Sephora Dome Z-Palette

- Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer

Oh lordy, what a boring list, and almost all replenishment, gah. Hope some of the rest of you have more fun with your purchases! ^_^ /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

On Sephora's Beauty Talk, people are complaining they can't order for 10 days, or until after 1/1/15, or place orders under a certain dollar amount, or various other restrictions Sephora saw fit to dish out. Too many people taking advantage of promos, sample sets, coupon codes, etc.

I do find it interesting how much of it we hear about here on MUT and on Beauty Talk, because I just think that we are such a small community of people who chat with each other, when looking at the big picture, right?  We can see how many people are logged on here and also Beauty Talk, and to me, if I see 1200 users, I'm thinking that is VERY LOW considering the number of makeup users on the planet with a computer...even if you start factoring down using various probability factors, the number is low to the community you are speaking with.  That being said - we hear about A LOT of people getting banned or being given a spanking in some way! My point is there must be a much bigger issue that they are trying to address, so they dish mass demerits based on some metric, and the result is innocent shoppers get banned, and not so innocent shoppers get caught.  I don't know.  Clearly I have nothing better to do on a Wednesday afternoon than think about 'what's behind the banning!'

Ugh Sephora.. I feel like they regret the free shipping they gave to Rouge...

That's so lame Sephora, nordstroms has free shipping daily. For everyone...

Ugh.. if they don't want to be taken advantage of, they should ask for ppl to return the gifts like Ulta, and Nordstroms, etc.

They did it to themselves.

Really?

I've never had ULTA ask for my freebies/promos or gifts back when I return to the store.

Looks VIB/Rouges can share a 20% off code with one person online: http://www.sephoralove.com/vib/. I don't know anyone in my real life that needs it, so I'd be happy to share it with someone here that isn't VIB/Rouge. First to message gets it (I'll edit once it's gone!). I'll need your email address.

Okay someone claimed the code from my email address, but other VIB/Rouges, don't forget you can share a code too!  http://www.sephoralove.com/vib/ I feel bad for BI because so far it doesn't look like they are getting the discount this year.
Just read this so I am sorry if it was already answered, but VIB code starts tomorrow online (nov 6 to Nov 10), but you can use your actual coupon card code if you are in store tonight as a guest (guest of Rouge, use code because you are VIB).  I think last time there was a glitch and VIBs could start online the day of the event too, so maybe later tonight when the event starts try again?  Does anyone else remember that happening last time?

I have made returns to Sephora by mail and don't include the samples. When I have tried to return to the Sephora closest to where I live they insist I bring back all the samples. The store is a over an hour away and it was annoying to drive there and they didn't let me return my item.

I have ONE 20%  one time use 'Friend' code to share

Not sure how to do it though.

Do I PM it to  the 1st person to reply?

I was talking about regular Beauty Insiders. I think last year Sephora gave Beauty Insiders 15% off, but I haven't seen that promotion this year for them. [oops that was a lie] But Rouge and VIB members are allowed to send a 20% off one-time-use code to anyone (not just BI) using the link I posted. I was just trying to remind people about that.

VIBs should be able to use their code starting tomorrow, yes.

Didn't they send a gift card of some type to people last year? For something like $15 off? I can't remember what time of year it was, though, so I don't know if I missed it.

I think that's in December, as Sephora's "Christmas gift" to us. I think it's $15 for BIs and $20 for VIB/VIBR. It's supposed to be a discount off of $50, but since they give it in the form of a gift card pin you technically don't have to spend $50 to use it. At least that's how I remember last year being.
