One of my recent orders arrived without my promo code item. It's not a huge deal but I would have liked it. My packing slip shows that it should have been included.
Has this ever happened to anyone here before? And if so did they send it out to you? I just sent Sephora an email asking if it can be sent to me. I'm thinking that they are going to give me points instead. I have tons of points so I'm hoping they don't go that route.
Worst case scenario if they do nothing it's not like I won't be making any more orders any time soon
