I have this, I think I got it as a 100 point perk recently.  I like the color and fortunately it didn't lean brown on me.  I also have it in Coral Extract.  They aren't the greatest formula but I really like them and the ease with which I can apply them.  I hate fussy lip products and these are good, other than needed to be applied more frequently than other "stains."  Also, I don't feel like the color names are accurate.  The Coral Essence leans very pink on me, and doesn't look coral at all.
I'm just sad that it's a red that leans brown - I love darker pinks that lean a little brown because they soften the purple in my lips and are kind of the perfect "nude" for my skin tone aka very office appropriate (although my work doesn't really care about how I do my makeup and hair, which I love). I agree with the names being misleading, and in my opinion the little colour wheel on the bottom of the tube isn't very true either, which is also a bummer.

Sorry for the delay - haven't been on much as I'm trying to find a new place to live...it is draining and time consuming. :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I do - a few actually...and I save the boxes but thought I'd use them to separate out the different kinds of cookies/candies I'll be baking to send to our deployed troops.  I was also trying to think of a fun way to present my niece with a subscription for her 16th birthday in April.  I was thinking of taking 12 birchboxes - with their card of contents, wrapping each one up and telling her each month she'll get a box similar with fun stuff to try out.  Or maybe just wrapping them all together, or maybe just putting 12 cards in one box....or maybe use glossybox instead...so for now they are in a bigger box in my garage!

I saw a glossybox storage thing I want to go back and read the posts - looks like it would be a fun and decorative addition to my hodge podge method of 'housing' things right now!  Oh...and the bag I wanted more of??  SOLD OUT!!  LOL!  It's like I have a sign on me....oh well...moving on! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
When I gifted my friend a 3 month BB sub, I made a custom Birchbox.  I made the card out of cardstock and scapbook paper, the theme was her birthday (like the monthly theme) and I put items in there similar to what she would get in Birchbox.  Since I am sure you have some things she would enjoy you could put together a custom box and let her know that becuse you are an awesome aunt they are full size/all deluxe where BB might give some smaller samples!

Just to clarify the product doesn't' melt all over, it gets super soft and when I (not thinking) apply I loose whatever amount I turned up. It will just all come off on my lips, sometimes I can push it back in, but most of the time it's just a mess.
Ime with the mini ones, the clear one melted more than the rose one. Also in so cal.. The heat/sun combo is just too much! Lol.
Eos can withstand being stored in the car tho. It's probably one of the few that can.

Mine just arrived its so pretty but the shipping debacle kinda brought my excitement level way down. It was my first hourglass purchase and ive been waiting for it and now it was like Finally not YAY!
I know how you feel.  :-/

I got mine before I left for work, and wore the middle coral color today.  I do really like this blush palette.  The mood exposure color is more red-pink on my skin than I thought it'd be.  It looks like it'd be a nice nude purple color, but not when I put it on.  Isn't bad, but not what I was expecting.  All three colors are pretty pigmented and mine had a good even ratio of ambient powder to blush powder--much better than the full size variety.  I was surprised that the peach color's ambient powder gave an awesome highlight on my cheeks!  Cut out one product needed for the day.  A nice silvery champagne color, not too cool tone though.  My full size Radiant Magenta blush is kind of glittery, which I'm not crazy about...but all three of these in the palette were just a flattering shimmer sheen and not glitter, so that was great.

My excitement ended after I realized half of what I ordered will need to be returned.  The good reviews for Dolce and Gabbana nail polish are bunk (on my nails)...one had a wonky brush, and the color was wrong on that same polish compared to the swatches online (stromboli).  The other purple color was nothing special and took forever to dry (royal).  SO not worth the money.  I like the Sephora Formula X and Nails Inc Kale polishes a million times better.

Anybody see the new NudeStix makeup line lately (eye pencils/liners/lip pencil that doubles as blush)?  I tried three eye pencils out, yeah, not even worth swatching to show you all.  Smear city!  And not in a sexy/rocker way, just messy.  Colors were beautiful on my hand swatches, but had half the color pay off on my eyes, even with primer. For $24 a pop, I expected more.  Urban Decay pencil liners have the same color options, and work better for both liner and shadow.

Estee Lauder color sculpt lipstick in Insatiable Ivory is NOT a good color on yellow skin tones.  Orange baby puke!  Lol  I love the defiant coral color though, it is a shinier 1% less neon-ish version of Bite's Blood Orange matte crayon stick that was limited edition.  I'd say the Estee version is more "classy" bright coral, whereas the Bite version is more younger/edgier.

The Jin Soon nail color in Faraggio (or however it is spelled, lol) is really pretty.  More of a dark purple with some red/gold shimmer in it.  More purple than I thought it'd be, but I still like it a lot.  I was expecting a more red based medium purple with shimmer, and it is a darker bluer purple with shimmer.

LOVE the KP Duty body scrub.  Huge 16oz tub.  It doesn't irritate my super sensitive skin, but exfoliates enough to get super smooth skin.  No real fragrance, no greasy residue in the shower.  And a tiny bit goes a looong way.  Well worth the cost.

Jury is still out on the FAB liquid face recovery stuff...Hated it when I put it on, but after I washed it off that side of my face felt softer/smoother... but you're not supposed to wash it off, soooo...lol.. I'll give it a couple tries before I decide on it.

Getting another order tomorrow with a Dolce and Gabbana passion duo lipstick and a YSL lip gloss, so I'll post all my pictures tomorrow of things.  I'm too tired tonight

I couldn't play with mine until just now since one was a purchase for someone else. I know which one is mine now though YAY

Holy wow that's a lot of Mood Light veining in the second palette! I don't think I've ever seen one that strong! It could be a good thing or a bad thing - I think it would be beautiful!

Is that the one on the right? That was the deciding factor in who got which palette, She says she's darker than me so we wanted to be sure she got enough color in that one. I think that right there is what makes this more a light/medium leaning palette. It gives enough color to me (from what I've swatched but I could very easily see it not showing up at all on someone darker.

Yep, it's the darker, mauve-y looking one. I LOVE having the lighting powder in good quantities, otherwise (imo) there is too much pigment (omg, shocking, lol). I like to be able to build the color up a bit, my had is on the heavy side. ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

In other news I just picked up the Champagne Gold pressed Shimmering Skin Perfector by Becca and I am SO excited. It has that diamond pattern like the Rose Gold from last year, so they willl go very well together, and it looks so gorgeous. I can't wait to see it in person!

I like large veining like that because it makes it  double palette, blush and ambient lighting powder ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I was tempted by that becca compact.

Seriously, did anyone get to renew Flash? I'm so sad mine is gone.
I received an email that my Flash was extended to Oct. 1st.  Then recently I had to call about some points not going in my account & I asked if I would be able to renew my Flash when it expired.  I was told that I would be able to renew. I should have asked how to do it.  If I don't get an email or something to renew in the first week of Oct. I'm just going to call (the VIB line) & ask them how to renew it.
