OMG, I am ready to HULK smash Sephora right now!  I have 6, SIX!!, orders all placed on the 18th (last Thursday).  They promised me over the weekend my orders were all packed and will be shipped on Monday morning.

I did get my tracking for all orders Monday morning.  None of them worked, but that is normal, just have to give it a day.  Today, as of right now, 2 days later, tracking STILL doesn't work!  Seriously?

I find it hard to believe that OnTrac would fail to scan even one of the many boxes somewhere along the way.  They all should be arriving tomorrow, and they claim they don't even have the packages.  I'm never going to get my Hourglass blush palette at this rate.

Did anybody else order last week and get tracking Monday (22nd) and actually get tracking that works?

Oh, my God. That's horrible. We ordered at the exact same time and I got mine Saturday (RIP Flash). @@tweakabell does your tracking work?

I'm in the same boat as you, though only one package, and it's also the HG blush palette ) ordered 9/18. Got OnTrac tracking, but it does not register even as of today.

Mine says received at facility on 9/23 which means even though I received an email it really only hit the shipper today. I am really annoyed other people are playing with theors amd mine just hit ontrac

@BB019 Do you get any subscription boxes? I use my empty boxes to store samples! They stack neatly and all have lids - makes a pretty handy storage box for jut about anything!
Sorry for the delay - haven't been on much as I'm trying to find a new place to live...it is draining and time consuming. :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I do - a few actually...and I save the boxes but thought I'd use them to separate out the different kinds of cookies/candies I'll be baking to send to our deployed troops.  I was also trying to think of a fun way to present my niece with a subscription for her 16th birthday in April.  I was thinking of taking 12 birchboxes - with their card of contents, wrapping each one up and telling her each month she'll get a box similar with fun stuff to try out.  Or maybe just wrapping them all together, or maybe just putting 12 cards in one box....or maybe use glossybox instead...so for now they are in a bigger box in my garage!

I saw a glossybox storage thing I want to go back and read the posts - looks like it would be a fun and decorative addition to my hodge podge method of 'housing' things right now!  Oh...and the bag I wanted more of??  SOLD OUT!!  LOL!  It's like I have a sign on me....oh well...moving on! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I'm not a big benefit fan, and I don't think I have ever purchased anything from benefit, but I'm loving the blush holiday package!

I think I'm going to wait for a bonus points day or for a coupon or black Friday to make any purchases from Sephora though...I have to slow my trigger finger because I just get cranky with myself if I buy something now, that either I can get tomorrow at Ulta or direct from the brand for better benefits, or at a discount!

If you love Algenist and buy direct from them, they will send you discounts regularly and also first crack at new products!

I just popped in to Planet Beauty over the weekend - never been there before, and picked up some Too Faced products - ALL HALF OFF!  EVERYTHING was half off!  The store manager said they do that every season because they don't have room to keep a ton of cosmetics around.  I even scored a product I hadn't seen before - so it might be a bit old but I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!  And she gave me the jane iredale pink lipstick, the shampoo/conditioner and the hair treatment as free samples - she also gave me a murad sample kit - sizable too but I can't use murad so I gave it back - I felt like it was stealing after my bargain price tag!  Everything in the pic was less than $90 out the door!

I would looooove to get the Too Faced loose hearts powder for half off!

I would suggest putting all 12 cards in one box, I think it would build more excitement for receiving a sub instead of unwrapping the 10th box and thinking "oh it's just another card of stuff I might get in a few months." That's just from my impatient, blunt personality though lol, regardless of how you do it I bet she'll be thrilled! I know my little cousin (who just turned 16) would be! Her parents don't actually let her wear makeup but I sneak her stuff all the time

Question for you ladies who got the lip set (or those who have the Sephora Rouge Infusion in #10 Red Essence):

Does this lippie lean brownish red on any of you? It looks nothing like swatches I've seen online. It makes me look like I've spent the past 2 hours drinking somebody :wassatt: It's not nearly as opaque as I expected it to be and I've got purplish lips that do all sorts of crazy things to sheer/lighter shades, but I've never had a sheer red make me look like a cannibal before lol.

ETA:

I love the scent and formula though, I may have to go to sephora and swatch a few and find a shade that works better for me.

I had that color, can't remember if it hit the trash last weekend or not, but I know I had it, lol.  Yep on the brownish-red.  Mine looked exactly how you describe yours. I had to layer 2-3 thin coats to get it fully opaque and not streaky looking.  I also tried a nude gloss over it and it looked nice too, less vampire.  My lips are very pale lavender when bare, for reference.

I loved the color on me, but the formula changed to something weird about 2 1/2 hours into wearing it every time I tried it.  But my lips are not good with those long wearing formulas like that, from any brand or color, except the ysl glossy stains.

Yeah, I had to layer a few coats on as well. And I also noticed after about 2 hours that it was fading in a weird way and all I've done is drink some water. I guess I have to amend my statement on liking the formula to liking how it felt upon application lol.

Going into the details they got it today at 6:10p.m. I'm not happy right now.

Here's my current update for this mess:

I direct messaged Sephora again last night.  Randee responded shortly, saying my nail polish order was scheduled for delivery this Friday. (order 1 of 6).  It was supposed to be shipped Monday, but it is nail polish..okay I can live with that...although all my other nail polish orders going ground shipping have always ended up being delivered in the 3 day window anyhow..but I can understand on this one order if it doesn't show up until Friday.

She said my other 5 orders she'd have to contact OnTrac and see what is going on and she'll get back to me when she finds out.

Meanwhile, up until 6am today, OnTrac has said they didn't have any info on my orders.  It is really strange that they'd just not have any info on them unless they in fact didn't have them.  I've had issues with delays in tracking info, but it always ended up working last minute-with all the correct past info on the tracking page.  And when it was delayed tracking--it was still in the system, just saying a delay between Salt Lake and CA, not that it was never in the system.  I have ALWAYS had shipping info by 24 hours latest from when it was received into the system from Sephora.  And every time an order shows up earlier than 3 days to the hub in CA, they always bust their but and deliver it early to me, which is nice, since UPS lets it sit saying "not due for delivery".

By about 6:30am this morning, tracking finally works on all my orders.  Sephora is a big fat liar, and they didn't ship my orders until Tuesday, not Monday as claimed, which is why tracking took 2 days to show up!  So Ordered on Thursday between 1-2:40am, not shipped until Tuesday.. and the blush palette order was placed at 8 something pm also on Thursday--order should have been processed and shipped out Friday according to their guidelines listed online for order cut off times...again not shipped out until Tuesday.  So much for their claims of orders are processed in 1 business day (as long as it is placed in the order cut off times listed)..  They always lie about that on Facebook.  I still don't understand why Flash members generally get their orders shipped same day or next day...when it is only supposed to be 2 day shipping instead of the usual 3... yet Rouge members generally take 2-3 days just to process and then another 3 days to ship.  And how they claim orders are processed/shipped in the order they're received... oh yeah, whatever, lol.  I've placed orders going to myself right after the other, literally 1 minute apart, and one will show up a day or two ahead of the other.  I seriously doubt they get enough orders that 1 order of mine would take 2 extra days to process than the first one did, with only a minute between the order placing.  How did people who ordered the blush the same damn time as me, get theirs days ago, while mine didn't even ship until AFTER they received theirs.  Sephora of course has no "real" answers for this, just repeated bull crap script answers.  They can't even own up to screwing it up on their end when it is right there black and white they did.  That is what makes me maddest.

The good news is, although Sephora is slacking and lying about everything lately, OnTrac is once again being awesome and all 6 of my orders arrived early to CA, and all 6 are out for delivery, including that nail polish Randee claims wont be here until Friday.  When I do finally get my orders, I'll have some swatch pics of the blush and some other new products they have online, for those interested.

*sings pretty music* I will not let Sephora ruin my day...*sings pretty music*   :mussical:

Mine just arrived its so pretty but the shipping debacle kinda brought my excitement level way down. It was my first hourglass purchase and ive been waiting for it and now it was like Finally not YAY!

I just came home to my Give Me More LIp set on my porch. The wind was taken out of my sails when I opened the package and only one of my free samples were included. I was really looking forward to the Tom Ford perfume sample too, now I'm pouting about it. I should be estatic because the code for the deluxe sample of the Laura Mercier Flawless Fluide that has been sitting in my cart forever was actually in there! But, I'm so bummed about them only putting one free sample in my order, I'm nitpicking and decided I hate that they put one full size lip product in this year's lip set compared to the four that were in last year's Give Me More Lip. I thought I was ok with it, but now I'm mad. I want to keep it, of course, but c'mon Sephora don't make me feel like you are shortchanging me! And... my first post is a rant haha what a Debbie Downer

Her parents don't actually let her wear makeup but I sneak her stuff all the time
@ I'm gonna echo @ here. Opening that many boxes with cards of stuff I could maybe receive in the future sounds exhausting and annoying even though the gift is FANTASTIC. Did you consider putting the cards and maybe some samples from your stash into the box?

I have this, I think I got it as a 100 point perk recently.  I like the color and fortunately it didn't lean brown on me.  I also have it in Coral Extract.  They aren't the greatest formula but I really like them and the ease with which I can apply them.  I hate fussy lip products and these are good, other than needed to be applied more frequently than other "stains."  Also, I don't feel like the color names are accurate.  The Coral Essence leans very pink on me, and doesn't look coral at all.
