Now if only it weren't so difficult to get SiJCP purchases to show up online lol! I buy multiples of the eyeliner set every year and it can be such a hassle.

oh i know. because i already know it won't show up i just send the Sephora FB team a message telling them its not showing up. sometimes they tell me "it takes x hours blahblah check later" and i'm just like ok sure whatever and send them the same message after a few days.

Yeah, that's what their FB always tells me too. That reminds me that I may have the message with my old SiJCP purchase details in my archives though, which means there is hope for those 70something points I thought were going to be lost forever!

I loved the set too. I was hoping the eye cream would be included again in the Sephora.com one, that origins eye cream from last year is amazing. But I had to buy it with my birchbox points because none of the sets seem to have it and I am about to run out.

I did purchase at the new SiJCP in Brooklyn about three weeks ago (grand opening day, we went there to help them open the store) and my purchases JUST showed up in my beauty bag like 2 days ago.

It depends which SiJCP.

I had to email them the receipt but it was added.

I'm still trying to get them to address the fact that 2 purchases I DIDN'T make, that weren't even from my city, showed up in my beauty bag... What I'm worried about is that there might be some stranger out there who was given the same account number as mine through a system error and might use up the points I've hoarded :wacko:

If your name is common, sometimes people don't give the card to add the points but use their name only. Someone might have your same name and last name, and birthday lol. It might have just been a cashier's mistake. Not defending them, but that's probably what happened :/ 

You can go to a store, ask them to attach a different card to your account just in case.

Ooh, that does make sense, I have a very common surname and while my first name isn't a common spelling (Lia), I'm sure I've got make-up loving name twins out there. And thank you for letting me know that I can just ask a store to do that, I've always had great experiences in-store so I'm sure they'll be able to fix things up for me asap! /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Yea it's very easy to change the card, just tell them u lost it and give them your email, they can give u a new card with a different number, attached to ur account in like 10 seconds /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
