I agreeee!! I know I'm probably in the minority here but I don't even use foils or cards. I usually end up just throwing them out tbh.

I got a bareminerals sample the PERFECTION one and they let me pick the shade I think they had light/ fare  and medium / dark and I dont remember the other options those are a blur but I think for the foundations they let you choose a shade that comes up after you click the promo code.

Wow that's a really nice sample! That should last you quite some time because a little goes a long way with that stuff!

A Perricone rep tried it on my hand and the hands of my friends who are darker than me. This color is super versatile and buildable. However, if you do have dark skin you can mix a drop or two of the bronzer in to darken it.

I tried this on my hand in store because I was curious about it.  Even the lighter shade was too dark and looked a little orangey on the back of my hand.  I will say the formula felt really nice.

Also, I'm a bit miffed because when I was at Sephora stand alone - they had the Hourglass 500 pt perk in a display.  They had like 3 each of the packets of foundation on display, so I thought you got that many of each in the perk.  NO YOU DON'T.  This perk is so damn cheap and not worth it.  You get one each of three shades of foundation, one tiny lipstick, a mascara and the veil - which I have a few already from 100 pt perks a while back.  I love the veil but got the perk for the foundations...oh and I have several samples of the hourglass primer as that has cycled through the free samples online a couple of times already since May.  I really wanted it because I have been saving my hourglass items to make a full face to see how I like the whole package. That didn't work out very well...hmph.

Flash is the Sephora version of Amazon prime.  You pay $25 and get 2 day shipping for one year.  No minimum order.  It is I still think in Beta testing and you have to submit your email to get on the list and then/when they have a spot they will email you.  

There has been no rhyme or reason to who gets invites or why (I have been on the list for 1 yr + and never got an invite but someone in my town got one).  For a while if you called CS and depending on who you got they would send you an invite.

Also. @ I know you're Rouge, so you really don't need it. I only went ahead and got it when I was invited because it was just $10. The only difference is that it's 2-day shipping instead of 3-day. Also, I like that if I order on a Monday before around 3pm, I'll get the package the very next day usually. It's actually a little frustrating though, because that was one thing that made Rouge being worth it, You're supposed to be able to renew it, but we'll see whether they cancel the program or not.

Oops!  Yes there is one more item, I missed it last night.  I think it is a lipstick though...'grace' is the color.  Maybe that is supposed to be a gloss hell I don't know! LOL!  I just know it wasn't worth 500 points!

Opinions of the Tarte Rainforest After Dark palette? I already ordered it, because I have impulse control issues, but I would like to know your opinions. I actually ordered it from Tarte, because 20% off plus free shipping w/$40 got me a practically free lipstick.
