Fall out usually refers to glitter or eyeshadow not staying where it should. For example when I wear mineral or loose eyeshadows (even with a base) I tend to have a lot of fall out (aka glitter on my cheeks). That is how I perceive it. Maybe others intepretation is different. Can one of you tell me what it means when you say something has 'fall out?' I see that often and I can't figure out if that means the color isn't true, isn't pigmented enough, fades fast or (fill in the blank)...thanks!
Also did you see the new estee lauder VIB & VIBR only perk?

I second this and add that you should also purchase the blushes in store as well. I purchased all of them online and ended up sending 2 of them back twice because there was so little pigment in them. They were mostly just Ambient Lighting powder. My one word of advice - don't buy the Ambient Lighting powders online! Everyone I have known (including myself) has bought the wrong color at least one time and had to return it. In my case I bought the wrong color TWICE, but the happy accident was that the second time the color was actually perfect for me. Although the website described it as cool-toned, when I got to the store I forgot which color I was meant to be buying, swatched them all and ended up with Ethereal Light which is the most amazing finishing powder ever. It was supposed to buy Diffused Light, and I think that if I had, I would be very disappointed.
Making a way for people to get deluxe samples of the powders if they don't have a store nearby is a really good idea, I think. :smilehappyyes:
Ditto on this. I always do eyes last and fall out is a massive pain if doing a full face.@ Yep, eyeshadow that falls onto the face when applying it. I hate this because this do my foundation first and fallout is a pain.
Yeah just keep in mind it's not always glitter. With the KVD Saint palette I use the lighter shade which is matte and felt I had a bunch if chalkiness all over my face.Fall out usually refers to glitter or eyeshadow not staying where it should. Agreed. I much prefer to do my eyeshadow last, because putting foundation and powder underneath my eye primer helps give it that extra "ooph" but some shadows this just won't work for. Even light shadows are horribly annoying trying to brush away.Ditto on this. I always do eyes last and fall out is a massive pain if doing a full face.

Yes! I think it is because of the amount of veining - I have Ethereal Glow which has a ton of the Ethereal Light powder in it, and it is so faint I usually have to layer it with another blush. But I also have Luminous Flush, which has very little Luminous Light powder through it, and it is a lovely coral blush that I use for a bright pop of color on my cheeks.I second this and add that you should also purchase the blushes in store as well. Oooo, thanks, I've heard really good things about this!Wanted to share this in case anyone else like me really wanted to try it:
it's because they are SO soft! I mean, they are almost too soft, really. When I put my brush in the pan, powder kicks up like there is no tomorrow. For those talking about the kvd palettes, I just want to add that saint was the only palette I ever bought from sephora online that broke in transit that I can remember. When I brought it back to the store to return and they asked what was wrong with it I said it broke in transit and all I see is loose powder. (I didn't even bother opening it to see how bad the damage was). The sa said "you know, that actually happened a lot here too, when we get our stock".
So there's another reason not to get them. I originally wanted saint for a travel neutral palette but what's the point if it breaks easily??
She came out with new palettes his year (monarch?) and I wouldn't be surprised if she releases more as we get closer to the holidays.it's because they are SO soft! I mean, they are almost too soft, really. When I put my brush in the pan, powder kicks up like there is no tomorrow.
I'd heard that Ladybird wasn't as bad, that the matte shades were a bit stiffer, which was why I wanted to give it a go. Does anyone know why they were discontinued? Are they being reformulated like the Painted Love lipsticks?
Ooo that is awesome! Maybe I will have to call sometime and ask. I won't be so lucky lol but a girl can hope.First, I never mentioned that I finally got Flash! All of you who posted about your success in calling gave me the courage to call and ask for it! /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> thanks so much!

This was me and the meteorites. I'm still super happy about them! I use them every day even though I'm somewhat convinced they do nothing but smell nice and make me feel fancy.I agree with everyone, btw. The BEST perks and codes are products that you've really wanted to try, but haven't pulled the trigger on for one reason or the other. Those are the ones I get really excited about.
