A new Sephora is opening in my local mall.  I got an email about getting a free cosmetics case for going by the store.  Do they do any other fun events (ya know like give away free stuff) for store openings?

What are you ladies thinking about the Caudalie 500-point perk? I have never tried any of the products, so I am definitely tempted. It includes the makeup remover cleansing water, Vinoperfect Radiance Serum, and Vinoperfect Day Perfecting Serum.  I did the math, and it is about a $49 value. Has anyone tried these products?

This perk isn't showing up for me online, but I will say that I do really like the cleansing water for removing face makeup, but not particularly effective against eye makeup or mascara. The vinoperfect radiance serum is atrocious and broke me out. The perfecting day cream is great, but not moisturizing enough for drier skin. Hope that helps!

Boo!  That sucks!  I got my um 3, packages today and all had the items I ordered plus my 3 samples and an extra card about perfume.  I was wondering why the atomizer I ordered came in this huge box until I remembered I used a promo code (free iphone case, only promo I know of that works with $1 or more order) and got the Nars perk.

I called them and they said the travel bags didn't exist and weren't part of the promo but I was sitting at my laptop staring right at the ad on their site that said "Comes with travel bag." They gave me 100 points instead since I guess it was a mistake since they don't have bags to give out.

Hmm..I didn't realize that the promo was supposed to include a travel bag...I didn't get one either, but I DO NOT need another small makeup bag...100 points though might be worth it for me to call it in

They offered my 50pts for the roller ball...really 50! I've spent $1600+ in the last 8 months! And not once complained about a missing product.

Bummer.  They could have at least offered you 100 pts. As in -  here you go, next time you order, you'll have enough for a different freebie.  (Even though it would probably not come close to the value of the rollerball or make up for the disappointment in not receiving it)  It's a freebie and I get that, but sometimes the free items are the things that nudge you into making that order.

We have a second account that's in my husband's name that just made VIB.  For my last purchase there for the year, I think I'll get something to get the Fresh set. I got the Rouge one yesterday, thanks to the PTR stuff in the sale section (thanks, SaraP, for the heads up!)

Mine didn't come in any sort of bag.  They were just loose in the box, and the cleansing water came tucked inside a plastic shipping bag (has anybody else's orders started coming with items in clear plastic too?)

I love my roller ball and the FAB red clay cleanser I picked.  The XYY cleansing water is a joke...it wasn't even removing half worn off powder I had on and it was really hard to get it out of the bottle for some reason.  I'm glad I didn't pay for that item!
