if you can get a mitt, totally do it! It makes the application take two seconds and I NEVER have streaking or darker hands. I do run over the tops of my hands at the very end with whatever product is still on the mitt. And if you aren't familiar, the mousse is scary dark but it goes on lighter and as a guide.. You can get dressed pretty quickly after. The following fourish hours, the color develops and if I get water splashes on me, it can possibly alter the color.. But usually it's fine or I do it at night. You can shower the next day and some of the guide does wash off (I more rinse off lol no scrubbing) and TA-dah, it looks great!

For my face, I mix a bit with my night time moisturizer.. I'd rather have a tiny bit of color and depend on bronzers, etc to warm up my face.
Sounds like I need to try to get my hands on one of those mitts. I think I can actually buy them for pretty cheap at sephora so I just might do that soon.
Thanks for the tip!

Which color did you get?

I got mine in yesterday, I bought the raspberry/opal color.  It looks terrible applied with a brush, but fine with my fingers.  It is one of the darkest color options and is very sheer, and has a higher ratio of gold to the raspberry pigments.  I was going to get the watermelon color, but after trying raspberry out, I doubt any of the other colors would show up on me at all.

I was surprised by how much gold/etc shimmer are in them.  This seems more like a highlighter than blush in my opinion.
Same color, raspberry opal

:/ ugleeeeey

It seems odd though, I agree it's definitely more of a highlighter, but the red in there was so blotchy... who wants a blotchy red-ish highlight :/

Yikes, I have heard that they have the consistency of a booger (lol). I am not in a rush to run out and try these. I still want to try the Beach Tints though!

I just tried the Ole Henricksen Lemon Peel and it is fantastic!!!! I cannot believe how fantastic my skin looks! I wish I was rich enough to use it on my arms too! Code PEEL still works and it is one of the choices.

Hmmm, what kind of boogers do those people have, lol?  It is not snot/booger like at all as far as I've experienced boogers, haha.  It feels and looks like those Maybellline mouse whipped blushes that were popular a few years ago.

The beach tints I've tried in the past were watery, sheer, and only lasted barely an hour before it disappeared.  A lot of people love them though, so maybe they just don't work on my skin.

I'm still liking my raspberry/opal blush so I'm going to keep it I decided.  I'm not going to shell out for more colors though.  You'd have to like whipped mouse textures on your skin, and look good in gold, and not be too dark to get anything to show up, to like these.  I also think that they are similar to the ambient lighting blushes--where each is different and if you get a dud one you're really going to hate it and not be impressed.

For what it's worth, Temptalia thought that the watermelon color was darker than the raspberry one, so it might work?

Wow, very disappointed to hear the Becca soufflés are a bust.

Has anyone tried the Bite BB lip products or even seen them in store? I can't find swatches or info anywhere on these yet. $24 is pretty steep for a colored balm, so it would have to be a great product.

I swatched them in the store the other day & they are essentially just tinted lip balms. Thee was nothing special that stood out to me & I didn't think they were worth $24.

Watermelon doesn't look darker than raspberry to me, just a tad pinker.  Then again, her swatches are way off in my experience.  Every time I go by her swatches I'm sorely disappointed.  I don't know if it is her application, or if she just has weird lighting or what.. To me it looks like she used dirty peach laden brushes to apply all the colors, there is no peach in some of those colors yet there is on her face.. Everything looks coral/orange/peach, and not much difference.  I wish My Lucite Dreams would post more makeup, and more often, I love her blog.

In other Sephora news, I just got my order with the new Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting lipstick, in desirable.  LOVE!  This lipstick formula is fantastic!  Long lasting, so creamy and moisturizing, and very pigmented.  This color is a nude pink, not too pale, not too pink, a true nude look.  My wallet is already complaining as I added a few more colors to my "love" list at Sephora to buy over the next month.  Poor, poor wallet, lol.

And if anybody is looking for a matte foundation that doesn't turn all oily or cause breakouts, the new Dolce and Gabbana Perfect Matte foundation is awesome.  It is medium coverage, but buildable.  Has a nice real skin matte look instead of the flat/cakey/chalky most matte foundations end up having.  For reference, I have normal/dry combo skin, that doesn't get too oily, but makeup melts off my face easily.

Which is why we rely on your pictures :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Looking at them on her/ in the pot, I'm not sure any of those colors would look good on me which is ok I need more products like a hole in the head.

I still can't figure out how to post pictures on this new site gosh-darnit!!!  I've been given good instructions by posters, but when I go to do it myself, it still doesn't work.  I feel really stupid.  I do need to sit down and start a blog though.  I've been saying I want to and will for the last few years, but chicken out every time I sit down to do it.  I don't know why. :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  lol

I think it is the coming up with a cool blog name that irritates me/stops me.  I can't think of anything I like that isn't already taken or too similar to somebody elses.

Understandable, I hate the new site I see absolutely no positives to it. I miss the old one :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I've been Tweakabell so long (13 years now, wow!) that if you look it up it will most likely be me so it seemed best to keep it simple.

Has anyone else tried the new Formula X Delete tub?

http://www.sephora.com/delete-all-P386307?skuId=1592534

Mine showed up today and almost all of it had spilled out in shipment - but they told me I didn't need to send it back and the replacement is on the way.  I cleaned the jar up and opened it tonight to see if anything was left, and if it worked, and OMG!  I had a Formula X base coat, 3 coats of Julep glitter, and 2 coats of Formula X top coat.  The directions say leave your fingers in 60 seconds and it will melt off - if not, rub against the sponge inside.  After 30 seconds, all of mine had melted off.  I'm half expecting to lose all of my fingers in 3 days / half completely fascinated.  The only downside (besides the faulty seal) is my fingers are pretty dried out.  But for stubborn glitters . . . wow!

I was intrigued by this, but wasn't sure how much room it was going to take up. About how big is the jar?
