I made a huge purchase through ebates once and they declined cash back because I used an additional coupon that was not listed on their site. They sent me the quote from the terms of service too. I was annoyed but the coupon I used saved me more than I would have gotten in cash back so I did not try to fight for it. Did you use any additional coupons? I would open a "where is my cash back?" query and see what they say.

I've had to inquire about where it is about 1/8th of my total shopping trips for Sephora on average too. If it hasn't posted in 5-7 days from when it arrives, then I contact them.

I tried a duo fiber brush, a stippling brush and my fingers and ew :/ no bueno. That thing is going back
I've used promo codes and coupons not listed on ebates, that came from the store themselves, and have always received my ebates cash back. In fact, just last week I ordered an item from HSN, used a 15% off coupon from signing up for their emails, and got cash back from ebates for the original price instead of the discounted one.
I kept checking (stalking) Sephora today and finally it was back! I'm so excited. I was going to use my Bergdorf Goodman gift cards from Glossybox to buy it so now I won't have to pay $75 And with Ebates 15% cash back I am a happy girl indeed, especially after a long stressful week at work. So if anyone was looking to buy it, go for it!!

Yep this exact thing happened to me in Dec. when ebates was 10% back and I used the vib 10% too. Ebates denied my ticket for $400 =( Wished I just used ebates and broken the order up for extra samples
I opened a claim and it was denied, they sited terms of service: using a coupon or promotion not found on ebates :scared:

This is how I have been posting pics (on the computer) not sure if it is the "faster" way but it works!Has anybody tried the new Josie Maran coconut watercolor eyeshadow? I finally gave in and bought one, received it this morning. I bought the dark green.
I've been wearing it for about 5 hours now, and it doesn't really have any creasing, which is great considering it is one of those dual phase liquid eyeshadows. Most of the reviews are good so far at Sephora, but the bad ones complain about it being way too sparkly. I don't understand how it can be too shimmery, mine isn't, but maybe it is because I got the dark green?
I'm liking it so far, but it was a huge pain to put on. It is very hard to blend in at the edges, so you either have a mess to clean up or you have a hard line with no blending. I put on 3 layers with about 30-45 seconds between each.
As much of a pita it was to put on, it has held up much better than dark green powder shadow. No fading, eyelids don't stick together, no smearing/flaking. I think I'll pick up a lighter color, maybe the rose gold.
Now if only I could figure out how to post pictures! It keeps telling me it has to be posted online first (with the url) or that they're too big.
if you can get a mitt, totally do it! It makes the application take two seconds and I NEVER have streaking or darker hands. I do run over the tops of my hands at the very end with whatever product is still on the mitt. And if you aren't familiar, the mousse is scary dark but it goes on lighter and as a guide.. You can get dressed pretty quickly after. The following fourish hours, the color develops and if I get water splashes on me, it can possibly alter the color.. But usually it's fine or I do it at night. You can shower the next day and some of the guide does wash off (I more rinse off lol no scrubbing) and TA-dah, it looks great!
