I looooove the Soho location, but HATE having to deal with crowds that go with it. Once you get inside it's lovely. Columbus Circle is great because it's not a cluster f*** like the rest of them. @latinafeminista, Union Square is decent size wise, but can sometimes be a **** show. The Madison Ave/42nd St location is a waste of time, don't bother.

@latinafeminista Don't remember how big it is, but the downtown location (Broadway and Liberty St.) might be less crowded on the weekend, unless there's an event at the WTC site. I've been to the Times Sq location a few times and it's pretty much a zoo at all times.

I find that one pretty busy, because there are SO MANY TOURISTS down there, and it's right near the C21. The new one in BK is niceish... nothing special but brand new.
Thank you all SO much for the advice! I ended up at the SoHo location and had a blast for my bday yesterday! My sweet and patient husband was with me and stuck around for the hour+ that I was in there, swatching every product I could get my hands on, hahaha. It was pretty busy in there but the staff handled it really well and I just loved the amount of products they had there. I finally got matched with the color IQ system and fell in love with an Hourglass TM that I was thisclose to buying until the person helping me said my color was sold out. Good news is I got a huge sample b/c she felt bad so I have enough for at least two weeks or so, then we will see if I love it enough to splurge on it.
