i have flash and last week it took awhile to process. shipping was done via ground even tho it's supposed to be 2 day (which is fine - after it shipped it got to me in 2 days anyway due to the proximity of the warehouse). i haven't placed multiple small orders tho - this year i've placed maybe only 2 orders, and both have been over 25.

Thank you so much for this!! Even though it's annoying, this is what I'll have to do if they don't come back. SO frustrating!

I'd prefer they skim on the packaging as well, but I think it's unlikely cos it's part of user experience. Sephora sells brands like Givenchy and AmorePacific etc, so they certainly want to maintain a certain image. you know like Nordstrom always ship clothing in a hanger packed in a huge box? Plus if every order needs a different size of box then that takes time and effort as well, so we wouldn't know whether it's really more cost effective for them.

What's funny is, Chanel pulled itself from Sephora's stores (minus perfume, of course) because they thought selling there was hurting their upscale, luxurious image.

Edward Bess brand pulled their line from Sephora as of March 1st for the same thing, not luxury enough-too mass market.

Honestly you can probably use it. Sephora isn't really good at giving Rouge any real perks the codes have worked for VIB's too.

So if anyone's following my silly Sephora saga....  Sephora loves me again!!  
 
I placed a small order of $1 for the head-band nearly an hour back and it's not kicked it back.  I've been jonsing and watching for the brown to come out.  I must pull hair back when wearing neckbrace.
 
Well, I'm cured of tapping the small orders as little pick-me-ups whenever my mood dips, regardless of reason.  I got to admit, though it's not a big deal, I did feel like I was in the dog house all day yesterday.
 
So excited for pretty brown hair elastic ribbon!
