I am pretty happy with Sephora Customer Service right now! I bought the Urban Decay Dangerous Palette. My order came today and when I opened the palette the lip gloss sample was missing. (kind weird that it just wasn't there) I called and the guy said since it's sold out they couldn't send me a new one, but they could refund the money and I can keep the palette. Pretty awesome. It's an eyeshadow palette and those were all totally fine,  it's primary items are not unusable or anything, so I'm a happy camper.

Wow, I thought the VIBNIRVANA required a $25 purchase, I just placed 3 small orders totalling $13 to grab all the fum GWP today, think I'll make a couple of $1 purchases too!  

I wish those $1 eye pencil sharpeners would come around again...

just got my E&J samples today!  Not sure how i feel about the black, but the white smells very similar to Chloe See on me, but better! The black is definitely a warmer, winter-y scent!

uuuuughhhhhhh my order has been delayed for two days because of the weather!  I am glad that the UPS people are staying safe/not rushing their deliveries, but it is so disheartening to see the UPS truck out and about while I am working, only to have it still not arrive because of the gross ice everywhere.

I'm trying to use VIBNIRVANA now and it's saying it requires a 25$ purchase :/  Is the no minimum just for VIBs maybe?

That stinks.  I was able to use it last week and I spent $18.  I am VIBR so not sure if there is just the no minimum for VIBs.  Sorry /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Yes, you are correct.  I tried it on my boyfriend's non-VIB account and it's throwing up the $25 minimum purchase message too.

It is strange that it'll work with a $25 minimum on a non vib account, isn't it supposed to only be for vibs?
