Oh, no!  And my vice swap picks are out of stock too and of course they weren't when I place my order last week either.  I called CS and they are "looking into it" since they agree it should have shipped already.  Sigh I have a feeling this isn't going to end well.  I feel so sad.  I was really looking forward to all these items in the order that I may never receive now.

I placed an order over the weekend too and now one of the items I purchased and one of my Viceswap items both say "permanently out of stock." That word permanently scares me. Plus, I hope I don't fall in love with the product I purchased if it's never going to be back in stock.

I think they mean for the sample product being permanently out of stock.. as in they won't restock the samples. Not the actual products themselves that you would pay for. For the actual product you ordered, did you order something that is seasonal or from the sale section? Because that might be why it says that. I ordered the Lorac Pro to go and it also says permanently out of stock as well.

Did you maybe purchase something that was seasonal, limited edition, or on sale? That may be why it's out of stock.

It didn't give it to me as an option in the Rewards Boutique (or whatever they call it), but it was one of the options when I actually checked out.

ooooh....that's my bf's scent! he's VEEEERYYYY picky and that's the only one that he liked! he just bought another bottle of it when it was on sale on groupon... i'm intrigued about that massage oil!

I feel the same way about it! Most vanilla scents are sickly sweet to me and give me a headache, but the Atelier is amazing!
