I'm with you. I'm already banned so it wouldn't matter if I returned all my items anyways! With so many people being banned, why hasn't Sephora figured out that something is wrong???????? Sadly I think the obvious answer has to be they don't care.

I will amend that to either they don't care or they are confident in their profit margin making it unimportant. Either way, not good business to alienate customers that spend large amounts of money with them.

Sadly, I believe you're right. A company as large as Sephora is NOT going to bat an eye at a few Rouge members who are upset. However, as the days go on, it seems more and more people are affected. I'd hate to even imagine how many of my fellow Rouge members got banned on black Friday. It's just heart-breaking. I would be devastated if I waited all year to buy something just to be accused of fraud and have my orders cancelled, not to mention being banned. I'm sure if we made enough noise, we'd be heard!! I, for one, is making a firm statement and I REFUSE to shop at Sephora anymore despite wanting something SO BADLY...... This has left such a sour taste in my mouth that even IF they reinstate me, I'm positive I will try my very best to NOT shop with them. I may only purchase a thing or two that I really want and only they carry and that's it. I'm already compiling a list of places that sell the things I want and need. I'm sure Nordstrom and Ulta are probably reading our posts and laughing all the way to the bank.......and they have every right to!!

I feel as if an ax is hanging over my head and I refuse to be made to feel like that! If I am falling on my own sword by returning my recent purchases then so be it, I would rather do that than feel scared to order or return or use a promo code.

This. The regular price of several of those items was under $20 before black Friday.

Not much traction yet but it is still up! Eta: I wonder if Sephora's reason why these topics are deleted is because they're linking to MUT/other forums! I'm pretty sure that's one of the TOS points here on MUT - not linking to a similar/competing board. Regardless, that's really crappy what Sephora is doing to all of you. I worry now for those who ARENT banned. I'm glad I never got flash... I'd be placing $1 orders like my life depended on it! (I also am really bad. I make duplicate accounts to make use of multiple promos. I split payments, I make returns with and without receipts.... Lol I'm a bad VIB. I'm surprised I haven't been banned for all my returns!)

Same here.  I placed 3 orders, 2 have shipped, but one order is still in the warehouse, and 3 items from that order are saying permanently out of stock.

One item is just a free sample.

Another item is the fixit promo bag.

And the last item is the Josie Maron Argan oil $10 deal.

So... I really wonder what's going to be happening with that.

And I've been following the thread and reading about all the flaggings and bannings.  What a nightmare, I don't even know what to think about all of this anymore.  Except I'm so sorry this is happening to anyone.  The idea of an out-of-date algorithm makes sense (pre-rouge/pre-flash)... but obviously I really have no earthly idea what the heck is going on with this.  I know one thing, I know I don't like how all of this is making me feel now when I shop at Sephora... it's making my shopping experience quite unpleasant.
