The staff is always friendly and helpful and it's usually not very crowded but I'm sure it depends on the time of day you go. Last year I left my Sephora purchases in the hotel nightstand and I had the worst trip home thinking about how moronic I was for doing so.
OMG! That would kill me too, I'm so sorry! Town Square is the one I always end up going to (and I think it's probably the biggest or on-par with the one at The Venetrian) but the one at The Venetian was *always* the one to go to when I was younger. It was gigantic and I always felt like a kid in a candy store. Because I live in the 'burbs, it's easier for me to get onto the freeway and get to Town Square, but my fiance and I are going to do a little staycation at The Venetian when he comes back in a few weeks, and you better believe I'm going to go nuts at that Sephora! It'll be interesting to see if it's changed or gotten less impressive since it's the oldest Sephora out here, and to see how it compares with the one in Town Square,
Again, I'm so sorry about losing your buys! What a nightmare!
