I've been VIBR since they released it, and I've never received a free sample, despite the fact that I've spent nearly $3,000 this year. It's luck of the draw. I'm not really upset about it, since I never really end up using my samples anyway.

I'm not VIB, I'm BI, but my order before my last order, from like 2 weeks ago, had an extra sample. Becca mineral veil primer foil sample, I believe it was.  (edit to add: I don't recall any other Sephora order before then having extra samples)

I doubt there's anything meaningful behind the occasional extra sample tossed in a box.  I'll speculate that it's probable it's just underpaid warehouse guys who figure it's easier on them to just toss in an extra sample lying around in a customer's shipment than to take the time to put that sample back wherever it belongs...  If I were to guess. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Huh, that's so weird, I'm Rouge and I've never received an extra sample aside from the pick three. Aside from the paper sample of purfume (like normajean said) that you just peel back a small square plastic to smell, but I wouldn't think that counts. Not that I'm complaining! It is very strange though! I never knew that did that at all.

Seriously?? I orderedv the sample in my VIB order and they didn't include it because it was "out of stock"

I actually got this sample in one of my VIB orders. It was more like a packet sample. It looks like this "deluxe sample" is 2 ounces, which is a one of the full size options!

...And I just got signed up for Flash for $10. I think the CS Rep felt bad because I'm having a problem with my BI to VIB status updating and she said she would submit the form to fix it but it could take up to 3 weeks. This is what I get for making a purchase inside a JC Penney Sephora to reach VIB.

Speaking of SiJCP...I JUST discovered I have one less than a mile from me. It's been there since August 2012. But I never shop at JCP and it was never advertised...so I've been driving 30 minutes to an actual Sephora all this time!

The only reason I knew there was one near me ( inside JCP) was because I downloaded the sephora app and my phone would alert me when I drove past.

Yeah! Not the best pic! There was also a second layer with the Tarte Air Brush, UD De-Slick, Lancome Tone Corrector, etc. I was just excited to see that Ambient Light was actually in there, I was nervous.
