My box arrived early!! Love love love the first 2 pairs of shoes, gave the third pair to my grandma, she's already wearing them lol), and the dress is unfortunately a size 10 aka way too big for me so it's going to my little cousin. Apologies for the crappy pictures, I'm in the middle of getting my hair bleached lol

Got my box today. I didn't get a BB Dakota wedding dress, but I did get a wedding dress and a whole lot of BB Dakota. Here's my album. The only item I truly love is that Pink Martini skirt.

I sure got my box today and I'm so angry I got the stupid wedding dress. It's way too long and I personally think it's way uglier in person.

The other dresses were just meh. I got this one

Which I haaaaaaaaaaaaaated so much, it feels VERY cheap and nylon-y, like wearing a waterproof table cloth.

I also got this one

Which is actually pretty okay. My issue is that I got two of them. I really hoped to get 4 unique dresses but welp. At least I didn't end up with 10 of the same dresses.

@@curled That second dress is the one I got (along with the wedding dress). I couldn't find it online.

I really like black and white together, so I like both of yours, though the fabric on the first might annoy me, too.

I tried that dress on again and this time around I noticed it had pockets!!! Which made it even better LOL I don't think I've ever had a dress with pockets, but I notice a lot of the Modcloth ones people mention pockets in their reviews.

and yeah, the dress with the weird fabric was just so uncomfortable, so I gave it to my mom who didn't have a problem with it.

I got this one too! I would have never bought it for myself, but I like it more every time I look at it. It's adorable. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> My hubby loves it on me. 

Does this fit true to size for you? I'm asking because it's just right on me, but I've been losing weight, so my sizes are in flux.

This is hard to answer I range anywhere from 22-26 I ordered 4x in case they ran small and I could take them in if needed they sent me 22s (2x range, I have complained already).

That denim one fits mostly I need to lose a little for it to be comfortable so my guess would be it runs a bit large.Hubby likes it though. The blue one I cant zip over my chest at all another reason I sized up. This will most likely be my one and only modcloth order, I am not happy.

@@moonbunny7 I finally got around to chatting with a Modcloth rep, she said she contacted a "shipping specialist" to check in to my order - apparently they just implemented a new shipping system and are having some problems, so you may want to chat in as well just to (hopefully) expedite things. They gave me a code for 10% off + free shipping, which I'll be shamelessly saving for the next round of stylish surprises lol.

So I listed 3 out of the 4 dresses I got onto eBay (the dress I gave to my mom was given back to me because she realized she hated the fabric too) so let's see how much I get back.

Wondering if that wedding dress will even sell at all. That thing was originally $149.99 so I feel bad using it for a costume or something outside of its intended purpose. Can I even get it shortened? Since my main annoyance with it is that it's just way too long (I'm a petite plus sizer so you can imagine how impossible clothes shopping for me is like)

Thanks for the info I just finished talking to a rep who had their supervisor check on it. All I really could get out of them was they over sold this time and they don't know if it would be fulfilled or not. That I should hear something from them this week on if it has been canceled or shipped. With no offer of a code or anything.

Welp, inconsistent CS is my #2 pet peeve in the shopping world. You'd think they would've had a system to track how many items of each category were available, how many were sold, and how many have been fulfilled so far... I would expect it to take some time for them to figure out which orders they could fulfill completely, which have to be partially canceled, and which have to be completely canceled, BUT it also shouldn't take 3 weeks, especially if they do it in first-in, first-out order.

All in all, I'm pretty happy with the dresses. I LOVE the green dress. I'm wearing it right now. Like everyone else, I'm just unsure what to do with the wedding dress. I've already decided to do Bride of Frankenstein for Halloween just to take advantage of it. Afterward, it could be fun to dye it, but I just have no occasion to ever wear a formal, full length dress anymore. :/

If anyone does dye the wedding dress, PLEASE blog it! I'm curious to hear how it goes.

It's a little out there for my everyday wear but I like that it's made of sturdy, high quality material. Also, the original price was $150! I haven't decided if I'll keep it yet.

I think its really cool! And can totally be pulled off as a fall/winter dress with a pair of dark leggings and some black boots :]

I don't know what system they used, but it was a failure. My order still says pending, but I received it like a week ago and haven't been charged.
