I need some Ideas/Help

Hi! I am new here. I am looking for some advice. So I have not cut my hair in over a year, also stopped coloring it about a year ago. My hair is long, thick, and curly/frizzy/puffy. I am ready for a change and am looking for a cut that can thin my hair and help tame it a bit. when its not up in a bun I have it flat ironed so that it is thinner and straight looking.

One of the best ways to manage your hair (just like mine) is to get long layers.

Have the layers start at jaw level so you can still pull hair into a pony tail or bun.

I use to have the classic puffy triangular look when my hair was all one length. Now it flat irons nice and flat or I can have nice manageable waves and curls.
