I need help with my hair plz

 iloss  my hair  it did not grow it short, I wish my hair would hurry up and   i hit my hair  friends help      

and ihave  in my hair Dandruff . so help plz

Hair grows in cycles - warm weather = faster growing hair, cold weather = slower growing hair. There is nothing you can do to make your hair grow faster.

As for dandruff, my recommendation is to wash your scalp on a daily basis and use your finger tips to wash your scalp with a good quality shampoo. You don't necessarily need a dandruff shampoo as most dandruff is the result of improperly washed hair and scalp. Good luck.

While you can't make your hair grow faster like Zadi said deep conditioning it and keeping it healthy will fend off breakage.
