I did that to myself once. I colored my hair like 3 times in a row after relaxing to get the color that I wanted. My hair felt like rubber and I new I made a huge no no. So I deep contioned it twice weekly with protein treatments and did not comb it at all to avoid additional breakage and by the 3rd week my hair was fine. I just know not to do that again though, lol.

Sorry this happened to you. I would recommend Aphogee Treatment for Damaged Hair as a hardcore protein conditioner. This is some serious stuff, so I would follow the directions to the letter. Another good thing to try would be neutral(colourless) henna. Good luck.

I would suggest and deep conditioning treatment. You can also do a hot oil treatment with olive oil and use Infusium23 at home, that will help with the breakage and restore pliability to your hair. However I should warn you that after a bad relaxer has been done there's really nothing you can do to undo it. The only thing you can do now is keep it moisturized to stop the breakage until it grows out.

Edited to say: Try to use products with a silicone agent in it. Silicone temporaraly coats the hair and thickens it. It also seals up the broken bonds, thus halting the breakage. But after a few washes the silicone will wash away so you need it use it regularly (maybe 2-3 times a week to avoid too much build-up)
