Every time I wash my hair, I leave a HUGE clump of hair behind. What can be done???

I have fine hair and a greasy scalp...I have tried so many shampoos & conditioners and am hpong that something has worked for others.

Thanks Ladies!!

I use a big fork comb to detangle my hair after i washed it, from the ends moving upwards. I pat my hair dry with the towel before, to get rid of the excess oil.

Minimal hair tools, and heat protectant is a must have, there's no way around it.

To prevent too many knots that mean more detangling, i like to use conditioner (not every time i wash my hair, but once in a while).

Shampoos i like : Kerastase volumactive (i know it's expensive, but it works for me) and Shiseido Tsubaki shampoo. The first one is balancing, the other is for every hairtype, although damaged/dry hair will find it more beneficial imo.

But the real secret is panthenol aka provitamin B5. That product is fantastic, it protects and repairs your hair, and it can be used on your skin as well (dehydrated skin). I make some care products myself, so i bought a bottle at my supplier and added some to a hair serum (i used castor oil, monoï, brazil nut oil +1ml panthenol for a 30ml spray). I apply this hair serum once to twice a week, the night before washing my hair.

I've done this test for a few days, collecting all the hair lost especially while combing, and i've noticed a huge improvement.

What's brazil nut oil like?  thick or thin? does it smell nutty?

Gonna see about making that
