Does anyone know what you can put on your hair to make it grow fast? Or if there is anything you can take to increase the growth cycle???

88% hair is protein a well balanced diet, drink tons of water, and take hair vitamins or multivitamins.

Massaing you skull stimualtes blood flow to the hair roots, so about 3mins everyday should somewhat increase hairgrowth...

Also do a search for biotin and other supplements... I would have posted them, but I have to head out in a few mins. It's a beach day! lol

Compare the bottles. The same things should be in the name brands that are in the cheap ones. Sometimes the % is different.

hair grows about ahalf an inch each month if you are experiencing slow grwoth then do scalp manipulations that way the blood can circulate

Prenatal vitamins definitely help! I believe Vitamin E does too. Making sure you have your hair trimmed regularly, as well as trying not to damage it with too many heating tools also helps.

Washing your hair more often, daily will be the best, and massaging your skull helps too.

Really, I have always heard that washing it daily was bad, although I do wash mine almost everyday. I thought that was maybe part of my dry, split end problems, because I washed it too much.

Biotin vitamins work well. So do prenatal vitamins. Althought I have never tried the prenatal vitamins the Biotin ones work well for me.

Viviscal pills for women or ultra nourish hair pills that you get at GNC I have heard works and many people are using them.

I'll vouch for the Mane & Tail S/C set in the big bottle. I used that stuff and nothing else really for about a year while I was growing my hair out over the last coulple years and my hair grew totally fast and looked healthy! Of course I ruined it by getting a perm, but oh well lol, I chopped it all off *about 16"s* anyways.
