Of course I ruined it by getting a perm, but oh well lol, I chopped it all off *about 16"s* anyways. did your hair grow thicker by using mane n tail? cuz my problem is i that my hair is too thin. a hairdresser once told me that mane n tail is the best solution. its just that when i used it a couple of times, my hair felt so dry

I've been taking Nourish Hair from GNC and my hair seems a little bit better. It's only been about 2 weeks though. I've read great reviews about this stuff though.

your hair was probably dry because your were putting so much protein on your hair (mane n tail is full of it) i'm pretty sure nothing is going to make your hair grow thicker unfortunately

i have thin hair too and it also reacts like that to too much protein

Prenatal vitamins are dangerous if you arent pregnant. They are meant for the baby not for hair.Taking them when you are not pregnant could lead to organ damage.

I know because after my pregnancy I continued to take mine for about 3 months. I was tested by my doctor to make sure everything was back on track, and was told my iron counts were so high I could do serious damage if I didnt stop taking them right away.

Biotin is good though, and the scalp massages.

Also, getting plenty of sleep~hair grows fastest while sleeping.

Biotin works great. i know so cus my nails have been growing like a hot mess and thats where u see the first signs of improvement.

Well I am still using GNC Nourishhair and it's been about three and half almost four weeks. I have noticed a difference in my hair. Less of it is falling out and it seems a little bit thicker and healthier. I've been taking them twice a day.

I've taken Stinging Nettle supplements for my hair and it really helped. I don't know that it made my hair grow faster, but it certainly felt thicker and looked better. I also take Biotin, a multi-vitamin and a high-potency Vit B supplement.

i have joint problems, so i take a daily dose of glucosemine/MSM...one of the effects of the MSM is reported to be and increased rate of hair growth.....i have taken it for over six months and i can say that my hair still grows at the same rate, but some of the tiny hairs around my hairline that never would grow very long are growing longer now

I have heard that Biotin creates a place-bo effect...

Also, doesn't washing your hair stip it of natural oils?

Massaging your scalp has been proven to work, but unfortunately the results are minimal

Hi im new here but wanted to share what works for me, i have gone from 1/2" a month to just under 2" with vivscal and multi vitamins, it really does work.

It is expensive the viviscal though but im desperate to get my hair back to waist so im prepared to spend on this product. Its cheaper off ebay than the main sites too.

I am presently 23.4" and have just 6.5" until reach waist.
