I don't really follow recipes, I always end up changing them anyway :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> Usually I just throw things together. But If I'm cooking salmon I just put it in a baking dish, pour a can of sprite (or mountain dew) over it, and add whatever spices I feel like that day . . . thyme or dill, maybe some parsley . . . salt, pepper . . . . just add whatever you like :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

ETA: Fresh dill, parsley, marjoram,garlic, rosemary, chives, summer savory, basil, tarragon, and lemon herbs like lemon balm, lemon thyme and lemon basil go good with just about any seafood :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

 
I'm going to try your salmon out this week. How long do you bake it and at what temp? I wonder if a bottle of beer would be good, too? (I don't think I have any soda in the house!) Sprite's probably better because it's sweet, though. Thanks for the tip!
