So it seems feather hair extensions are all the rage. Who knew? I didn't... I have not seen one person on my campus with them... but Steven Tyler doesn't lie. Feathers are in, so I shall be the first on campus to do it!
So I ordered this extension off Amazon from the seller "Hackle Hut." The kit came with the three feather extension, two crimping beads and a wire threading tool. The feathers are loooovely and exactly as they appeared on the amazon preview. The information says that they can be washed, curled, straightened...anything you can do to your natural hair. I have not yet tried ANY of these things but I will update if I do.
These were super easy to attach to my hair. You put the bead on the threader, take a section of hair and put that through the threader, pull the bead onto your hair, stick the feathers in the bead too and then squash the bead with pliers. I already took it out once and replaced it so they're easy to get out too! If you get enough beads (this kit only comes with two) you can take it out and put it back in at whim.
Here is a link to the Hackle Hut Amazon store if you want to get some feathers of your very own!

Don't laugh at my ruler, I've had it since elementary school.
