How can I get my eyebrows to be the same color as my hair ?

When I dye my hair (a lighter color than my natural one) I apply the dye to my eyebrows and absolutely nothing changes... This is weird and I've tried a million times.

I know stars achieve this without make up, but really with dyes.

Please if you have any tips, share with me.

Thanks guys

Please, oh please - Don't do that!

Eyebrows are meant to be slightly darker than your hair colour. Unless you have black hair and are going blonde, don't touch your brows and if you do want them lightened up, go to a professional!

Try using Jolene facial bleach - You can get it in any drug store, near hair removal section.

Mix a small amount and apply to eyebrows. Remove the dye after a few minutes and see if it your eyebrows are the right colour.

Reapply the Jolene again until you get the right colour.

Be warned that Jolene works pretty quick

Right now my hair is a dark purpley-red and my hair is naturally med. brown and my eyebrows are just like you said, a little darker then that so rather then even considering getting them tinted, or whatever, I just left them their natural color. =)

When I was blonde I just constantly trimmed and touched up the length of my eyebrow hair so they looked lighter but in reality weren't, but it gave the same kind of effect.

I always tint mine darker that they really are, matching or slightly darker than the color I use on my hair..

Eye lash...YES!! Keep that away from your eyes!! Eye brows... I've been doing it for ever... I just take a q-tip and put some dye on and carefully dab it along your brow... typically I keep it on the same time as my hair and wash it all out together....

Sorry guys, I was not able to log on the board for some reason.

Well I just bleached my eyebrows for just one minute and it came out lighter, so I think that it's my solution.

True! I thought it's finest to have eyebrows naturally.

Just be extremely careful when doing this. Make sure it doesn't get into your eyes when washing it off.

I will try to trim the length just a bit and see if I like it, but so far bleach has been my best option... I still don't understand how come my eyebrows don't react to the dye the way my hair does, lol.

You can always temporarily color your eyebrows by using an eyebrow pencil or eyebrow gel.
