Just those two words saved my life!!!!  I've always been a natural blonde until 3 months ago.  I dyed my hair a medium brown and it took some getting used to.  Then, a month ago, my daughter convinces me to try Garnier Nutrisse in the Sangria.  Not only am I a dark brown but I have flaming cherry highlights.  YIKES!!!!! I had many compliment me like "I would love to do that but I'm not daring enough" and even a 75 y/o lady at the mall said she liked it.  I knew right then and there that it had to be GONE!  I knew that there were strippers out there but usually you had to use them within 72 hours to remove the color.  I couldn't use bleach because after years of touch-ups I didn't want to fry my hair or cause it to fall out.  So, on a whim, I went to my local Walgreens and there it was.  The answer to my prayers.  Color Oops.  I knew it was a long shot but was willing to give it a try.  Boy did it work!  I'm now back to my beautiful blonde and my hair is not the least bit damaged.  If you ever change your mind about a hair color and want to remove it safely, this is the way to go.  It was only 9.99 too

I'm happy it worked for you! There's nothing like looking at your hair color and just being over it now. ITA about the random person complimenting it and wishing they could pull it off. I dyed my hair an orangy-red last October and people kept telling and the color I had been aiming for was a reddish-brown so I wasn't really happy with it anyway. It last 3 days.

I like to go red and Color Oops made my hair fried and burnt orange when I decided I was tired of the upkeep and decided to give up on the red. Fixing it was only time I've ever had my hair color done in a salon. 5 hours later and $200 poorer, my hair looked awesome. Alas, I couldn't afford that again the next time I went red (it's like an addiction). Like Annette I've used Colorfix and was really impressed with how close to my original color it got.  I had to do 2 treatments and  I would say it was maybe a couple shades lighter and a little more brassy (my natural color is a medium neutral blonde). Just remember to use heat and leave it on long enough. Oh yes, and deep condition afterward. My hair was actually presentable enough to go a few weeks before I dyed it a ashier blonde color.

I think I'll use ColorFix in the future.  I may have gotten lucky this time but not so sure about future mistakes.  Yikes........fried and burnt orange?  No thank you, I'll pass on that one.  For the time being, I'll stay my natural blonde till summer's over then, who knows?  I'll probably go back to dark brown for the winter (but no more flaming cherry lol).

I guess the nice thing about being asian is that your hair is black, and there's not a whole lot of deviation from it.  You can go over beachy brownish or the "different" blonde, but the majority just stay black or furthering "sunned down" version of black.  I think I'm afraid to go much lighter!
