Money has been tight for me recently and I haven't been able to get root touch-ups at the salon/professionally toned.
I've been trying different types of bleach every time I pick one up, but they all seem to not lighten my hair fully.
I usually end up with a band of yellow that's in contrast with the rest of my platinum blonde hair. I was wondering if anyone knew what the best one would be? I've tried Garnier and L'Oreal ones that I can remember.
