Natural isnt always better for everyone.  I've had plenty of natural products cause irritation.

I think the best tip is just dont use harsh products.

1. Choose natural shampoo - Natural shampoo is safer than chemical shampoo. Use a shampoo that is pH balanced and suitable for your hair type. Conditioner should be nourishing but not heavy. Rinse with cold water for extra shine.
 
 
I used to do hot oil treatments regularly and for some reason got out of the habit.  I had really long healthy hair at that time.  I think I'll start that up again.

I use allot of hydration products at once including hot oil, leave in conditioner, serums, Moroccan oil, root conditioner and pretty much just alternate between them every few days this way my hair doesn't get a chance to dry out. :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
