I have been watching hundred of women on the net suggest mayonnaise in your hairs and in reply we get positive answer ,it works.

Uptil now i cannot understand why women apply mayonnaise in their hairs as we know what it contains:

EGG

SYNTHETIC VINEGER

OLIVE OIL

CHEMICAL ADDITIVES FOR PRESERVATION AND FLAVOURING.

this vinegar and chemicals are harmful, while u use them regularly and if not regularly then again its time takng harm will be visible at the particular time.

WHY NOT TRY....

ONE EGG

SOME DROPS OF LEMON JUICE (4-5)

1 TEASPOON OLIVE OIL

1 TEASPOON OF HINA POWDER

BLEND THEM AND APPLY FOR 20-30 MINUTES

And get best result when you shampoo after it.

ALWAYS USE GOOD SHAMPOO HOW??? NEXT TIME...

REGARDS

Mayo is used on the hair to make it shiny. I've never tried it, but lots of women swear it works.

I'd love to see mayonaise (for the hair) die a slow death.

I believe it is an old wives tail that only harms hair as well.

If you want shine and condition, there are tons of products that have withstood many trials before they are released to the for public.

I watched that episode of the Tyra Show too. I'd never put mayo in my hair because it smells terrible anyway.

the only mayonaisse(sp?) i use is hair mayo

its specially for the hair and it serves as a deep conditioning treatment...works okay but i prefer cholesterol; it's a really good detangler

The smell alone would keep me away from this....

Maybe the idea started on the same premice as the apple cider vinegar rinse to shine hair. Both are vinegary?

I actually used the apple cider vinegar method. It's called no poo. You wash your hair with a baking soda mixture and then use diluted apple cider vinegar to rinse. It's made my hair softer than ever before with no tangles (my hair is naturally wavy/curly). BUT my hair sometimes looks greasy, there's a lot of build up on my scalp, and it's just a hassle to mix together the ingredients. Plus even though you can put essential oils in to help, the ACV is really strong. Your hair smelling like vinegar isn't sexy.

I don't get the mayo in the hair either. Just use some olive oil.

After I gave birth to my first daughter my hormones were all wacky and my hair was just nasty. I tried several different shampoos then consulted my Mother who recommended that I wash my hair with either Prell or Dawn and then do a vinegar rinse. It worked like a charm, but I had a strange craving for pickles afterwards.

Ugh my mom used to put mayo in my hair.. it used to gross me out so bad! It's used to make your hair shiny. Ew ew ew mayo makes me wanna gag.

The only thing that mayo does to your hair, is make it smell funky. Man, I put that junk in my hair and I swear I had a dog follow me from Walmart's door to my car. And it does not leave you hair any shinier(sp?) than if I put a gloss in it.
