Why Do Ladies Spend So Much $$ On Their Hair But Skimp On Face Care?

The important thing to take special attention to is the neck, decollete (upper chest) and hands other than face.

There's nothing less attractive than a beautiful young woman with hands of a 60 year old. ick!

At least you can plastic surge your face (if you have to)...you can't with hands.

You should treat your neck and decollete the same way you treat your face. Very true!!
