Who here epilates?

ouch sideburns? doesn't it hurt like hell? and what about the hair, does it come out thick as if u've waxed? i get my sides threaded and eventhough i've been doing that for couple of yrs it still hurts and the hair still comes out a lil thick :frown: not to mention all the ingrowns and pimples from threading *sigh* do you have that problem with epilating also or no?

and what about the Norelco Satinelle Ice Epilator Ladyshaver with Skin Cooler Massager?

I only epilate when I have to. It gives me really yucky ingrowns . My armpits look so much better now that I wax them.

I love epilating! my friend told me it was how she kept her arms and upper lip so smooth, so I ran out and got one, and for three month I haven't had to wax my upper lip once, no more messy waxes, no more hairy arms. I only do my arms and my lip though, I haven't done the legs becuase i just shave in the shower. I was going to start doing my underarms though becuase there starting to get irritated from shaving. I reccomend this highly to us spanish girls who are a little hairy, even my daughter uses it on her arms and she's only 11.

I do find that it hurts more when I do my upper lip, like it still tkaes me like a minute to warm up to it there, on my arms no problem. and i've had no irritation or other after effects.

Thanks for all the advice. I have been wanting it try it for some time. I may have to get one from ULTA. They have a great return policy
