Which blonde colour would look good on an asian?

I need a light ashe blonde'ish colour, not a golden blonde.

I know golden blonde looks awesome on me, but I'm worried about a paler blonde.

Probably the third one I'd say... how close of a match is the wig to the swatch? I'd like #1 best - but it looks more golden, and you didn't want golden..

i say the first one looks the best even tho you don't like golden

if you insist on going lighter then i suggest doing it gradually. i know what you mean about not liking the golden look. i hate the "orangy" color in my hair too, but honestly our hair is so black that its really hard to go from black to platinum in one sitting without killing your hair.

so everyone likes the first 1 eh? so i assume my guess that a paler blonde would look pretty bad on my skin tone?

The character's hair does not look like it has an ashy tone to me. It looks like it does have golden tones. Unless you have pink tones in your skin, I wouldn't recommend ash blonde as it tends to wash out the skin, ala Kelly Clarkson & Lindsay Lohan. Too warm though, and it looks like a pumpkin, ala Lil' Kim!

I recently posted a message in another thread about how I lifted an Asian friend's black hair to carmel blonde (a warm dark blonde). She was a fair-medium skin tone and it worked well for her. Try going 1-2 shades lighter than this for a "Butterscotch" or "Champagne" blonde. The "Champage blonde" in my opinion is the best looking fake blonde you can have. It is definitely a light (NOT silverish like platinum), warm blonde... not too buttery though, and I've seen it work with many types of people no matter their skin tone. #88 is Wheat Blonde, and #16 is Honey Blonde, and #14 is Dark Blonde... almost like my friend's carmel color, and a less orange than the wig you have shown. The color charts are the same everywhere you go. I think #14 is your best bet, it will be a little darker than a traditional Champagne Blonde, but it will have the same desired affect.

P.S.- I almost forgot to add that synthetic hair will always be darker than human hair of the same shade. The display colors are almost always of human hair. If you go synthetic, order one shade above what you normally would for human hair. I would also suggest checking out Ebay. They have some CHEEEAAP! wig vendors out there.

I know.. lol I replied before you had the wig picture up. (or maybe it just never loaded for me - I dunno) I meant are their swatches true in color to the wig that they send you... ? And going by the first cartoon pic - it actually looks more like swatch #2. Quite pale. Third cartoon pic looks like swatch #1. Is this all the same character?? because the hair seems different in each pic.

there are ALWAYS colour issues when it comes to video game characters, due to lighting and stuff. it drives me insane!

thats why I'm looking more towards what would look good against my skin tone..and matches the characters' in at least one reference pic lol

Noxious I like to buy New look, chloe or sepia wigs only, as they are affordable and absolutely gorgeous (i LOVE kanekalon, especially eleora brand!). I have their colour rings too /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

The colour swatches are of synthetic hair ^_^ /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> colour varies from manufacturers, have the colour rings to prove it!

I agree with you that synthetics vary from company to company, but they try to have a general range that compares against other brands.

From the little swatch you posted, I think it will look good, and it is the color is exactly what I thought #14 was. What do you think about the color?
