The weekend before last I got my haircut. My hair is naturally wavy, and this is how I usually wear it since it takes the least amount of effort and is fast. But over this past weekend I straightened it, and noticed there are some layers on one side of my head that were cut shorter than the ones on the opposite side (in an area where they should be the same length). It's in the front too, right past my bangs. It's not really noticable as long as I don't straighten my hair. I want it fixed, but I'm not sure if I should call and talk to the woman that cut my hair, or do I just show up and explain what happened? I've never had to do this before, so I'm not sure how to go about getting it fixed. In the past I've just gone somewhere else, thinking that person must just suck. But I know this lady is good, she just made a mistake is all.

I would recommend calling her first. You don't want to just show up when she's booked solid because she won't have time to focus on fixing it. Good luck!!
