I had pimples and I popped them when they were really, but somehow, the next few days, the skin around my pimples changed into a brownish color and it's dry and when I touch it, the feeling isn't the feeling of normal skin >.< What is it and what should I do >.<

It might have been a cystic pimple....first of all...relax! There are different types of pimples, this is not uncommon. I would get a hand towel, run warm water on it and press that onto the area and hold it there until the towel is cool, then repeat. It will calm the infection. If it WAS a cystic pimple, (which I'm not sure of since I'm not there) then you may have simply inflamed the skin/area and caused the infection to go deeper under the skin. I'd continue using the warm towel compress for a few days and recommend seeing a dermatologist to make sure! I have cystic acne, and get them on my chin every once in a while. I deal with it with the warm towel method, and using Burt's Bees spot treatment until it does away. NEVER pop a cystic pimple as it can make the infection worse.

So deep breaths, like I said, relax....and go see a dermatologist, that will ease any worries you have about it

Hard to say, like I said, it's difficult to diagnose without being there! Possibly, so like I said, best to get an expert's opinion
