i was thinking about how they say that some foods and stuff cause acne and other dermatological deformities and i was wondering if there are foods that have positive effects on the skin

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Choose low-fat or fat-free dairy products. Include nuts, seeds and beans in your favorite meals.

Consider these skin-friendly foods: Very effective foods for healthy skin

  • Carrots, apricots, and other yellow and orange fruits and vegetables
  • Spinach and other green leafy vegetables
  • Tomatoes
  • Blueberries
  • Beans, peas
  • Salmon, and other fatty fish
  • Nuts
  • Kiwi and Drink lot of  water

Fruits and vegetables are the source of nutrients, vitamins, they helps to make skin healthy, glowing.

Some fruits are:-

Apple,papaya,mango.

Tomatoes, Blueberries

Beans, peas

Salmon, and other fatty fish

Nuts, Oranges.

Kiwi and Drink lot of  water

Water! Drink more water than you ever thought you could drink and then drink some more.

I'm not as convinced about the effects of food, either positive or negative.

Fruits and vegetables in my opinion are the best things you can eat for your skin.  If you get a chance, watch the documentary called Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. It is a great documentary about juicing and even after just 7 days these peoples skin looks so much better! It is very interesting. Hope this helped!

Hey all beautifuls girls,
For beautiful, soft and gorgeous skin i always take care to what i have to eat as follows i always like to eat.You must also have to keep this diet.
Eating guava, pineapple, papaya, kiwi, and other tropical fruits that contain vitamin C will help defend your skin against damaging free radicals. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that is naturally found in the skin, so eating tropical fruits and other vitamin C–rich foods can replenish your skin's stores. Vitamin C also helps your body produce collagen, a protein that helps keep your skin firm and elastic.
Please be serious about your skin.

I did an avocado-honey face mask a couple days ago. Being sceptical about the results , I was surprised to noticed that my skin felt hydrated and was glowing. Highly recommend
