@ How did you word your email to Beauty Society? I'm interested in trying samples but just heard of this today! I didn't know that brands would give out free samples to try! That's great! Also, on Sample Society I went to the contact us page and then for the "samples" written section it says something about "find a diva." I'm not sure what that means because I have never heard of this website. I hope you can help. That'd be great ^_^ /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
I just used the contact us email on the site, and told them the basics, my skin type, a little about me, about my skin type and what not. I tell them I'm happy to review products for social media and to family and friends, and I thank them for their time and give my address. They do try to recruit you because it's like an Avon type thing but. I politely declined

I know that you guys wanted some pictures so here are some freebies left over from my sample scavenger hunt in December/November! Some of these freebies I didn't get right into companies, I got because companies were just offering them for you to sign up for such as the Dove, Pantene, Colgate, Milani, Mary Kay, DK and Y, Olay and Nivea. The company that I wrote to you and got samples from our Lisa Hoffman, Caldrea, Curlisto, Epionce, Absolutely Natural, Embroyolisse, L'occtaine, Savannah Bee, Jane Iredale, Napoleon Perdis and Mychelle. Like I said these are just some leftovers. Enjoy!

BTW, I also have non-beauty/health related samples if you would like to see those two just reply!

I see you're a pinchme member! ^_^ /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> tell me, do you get weird spam since joining pinchme? I got very nervous as the last sample day, I got a bunch of emails from companies I supposedly subscribed to when I know I didn't. I also get junk mail. Kinda freaks me out, I feel like they're giving my info out.

If anyone is interested, walmart does a quarterly box of samples for $5. I admit, they're a little severely disorganized lol. The fall one was great. Came on time, great products (can't remember exactly what I got. I know I got a shampoo samples, a full size lip crayon, a mini polish, a perfume sample, foundation sample and I feel like one or two more things) The winter one was a mess because they lost track of how many they sold and everyone got them late and with random crap. But it's still kinda worth it for only $5

Also, nonbeauty items, not to get super personal with you guys but, many personal lubricant companies are willing to send samples to anyone who asks. I got from pink, wet, astroglide, and another I can't remember. Now before you go on thinking I'm a perv, I'm extremely sensitive to products, and testing out different things is actually an awesome way to see what works for me and what reacts badly without wasting money

Actually, I do but I'm not sure if it was pinchme. I learned the hard way that you need a personal email just for freebies.

Could someone direct me to which page it said where someone listed what to say when you contact the companies for their samples? I've been spending a while trying to find which page it's on now.. It was so helpful.

Also, I just got a yes from Bare Escentuals, Pangea Organics, Embryolisse, Studio Gear, Jurlique, Juice Beauty, and Suki said they have samples 10 for $9.95 and must purchase through customer service. No from Dr. Bronner's. Did anyone else contact Dr. Bronner's?

They were so generous! They sent 16(!!) tiny tubes of foundation and 2 tiny tubes of lipstick per request.
Sorry to bug again, but i just looked over my list of no replied and Ellis faas was on it :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I'm really eager to try that foundation, do you know who you emailed or anything? I emailed my no replies again over a month ago, so this is my 3rd email to them with no reply :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Yeah i'm kind of guessing. I'm not sure, but some of the subscriptions were from their "partner companies" so. That's disappointing, I like PinchMe

Did you say specifically the name of the foundation? I ask because I wonder if it's automated to pick up on certain words. I just send a generalized email. Did you send/get a certain skin tone? I'm thinking if not, it's definitely an automated system

I didn't mention it either the sent me all skin tones so I'm thinking its a copy/paste thing too.
