Awhile ago I requested samples of the No Frizz line from Living Proof. I finally got around to trying them this week. I've used the shampoo, conditioner and styling cream for the past 2 shampoos. This stuff is AMAZING.

I have somewhat fine, sort of wavy, not totally curly, extremely frizz-prone hair. It doesn't quite go all the way to a curl, except at the ends, the roots are always too weighed down, so I have half-straight, half-curly hair, and by the end of the day the curls are limp and frizzy.

While I still have some of those issues, I can't even believe how smooth and de-frizzed my hair looks and feels. I feel like an infomercial right now, but you guys have to try it and report back. ALL the frizz isn't gone, but it's August and it's been humid as heck. Maybe if this were a regular routine I'd see more results?  Who knows.

Unfortunately.. it's $24 for 8 oz of the shampoo or conditioner.  I'll just be over here, crying into my bank account.

I tried the Restore shampoo and conditioner. I could not believe the difference it made (I grew up in an "eh, shampoo is shampoo. We'll just get Suave" household), and I would love to see what continued use would do. But, yeah, that price. Oof. And I'm on a shampoo no-buy until I use up what I have. This is at the top of my list once my stash is gone, though. ETA: I just checked the price of the Restore stuff because I was thinking about getting them during the Sephora 3x points promotion. $28 for 8 oz. Um. Right. Sticking to the no-buy.

I so want to buy full size derm organics shampoo and masque but must use up all others first. So I will be buying it in a year LOL. Just got a yes from menscience, yay hubby is learning there is more to grooming than soap and water!!!!! The other day he said do you have something for these wrinkles around my eyes ? So I whipped out one of my huge underbed storage totes. Do I have something for that? You betcha!!! Also got a lovely package from Essence of Vali, very generous.

I love this! My mister is learning the same thing. He looked at me on our road trip yesterday and said, "you know, I never thought about "washing my face" until you got me those samples. I feel nasty, now, when I don't do it!" He's tried MenScience, Kiehls, EvolutionMan, and Anthony Logistics. MenScience was his favorite (followed by Anthony). And the skys opened up and the angels started singing!

I got goodies from John Masters and Skyn Iceland today! Excited for both.

I'm on day 4 of my Paula's Choice regimen and I swear to you, my skin has NEVER felt this soft and even and balanced. The full sizes are #1 on my to-buy list right now!

My samples from them are just sitting there cause I have some things that I need to get through first :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I am itching to give them a go!

I want to make my husband use the liquid BHA before bed and see what he thinks the next morning. I bet I could get him hooked as well.

Now y'all have me wanting to contact PC to see what they recommend for me!
I've been using them for around 5-6 years now... I love trying other brands but always end up going back to them. No fragrance or irritants in their skin care, perfect for sensitive skin, and all of their BHA/AHA exfoliants are properly ph balanced so that they actually WORK. They don't put crap in cleansers that just get washed down the drain (antioxidants etc... stuff that should be in lotions and serums) and they don't charge an arm and a leg for their products. I think the most expensive product is less than $30 (or somewhere around there). I just placed another order. I needed more Skin Recovery Serum and 2% BHA lotion... plus I'm trying the new Instant Calm Redness Relief liquid... plus right now I'm getting a free 3 week trial of another serum. Yay! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> So yes... HIGHLY recommend trying their products (especially the BHA products... seriously... HG products there). Sorry if I seem like a salesman every time this company is mentioned. It's just one of those things that made such a huge difference in my skin.

I find your passion very convincing! The one thing they sent that I've been able to try (other stuff in rotation lol) was this "potion" (in like a perfume vial). You apply a "pea-sized amount" for major zits, scars, or other skin problems. I absolutely love it for those horrifying skin imperfections that sprout right before the first day of class (I'm actually a professor not a student yet still experience breakouts). It erases, heals, the problem in hours. I'm definitely buying it once this little vial of power is used up. Paula's Choice--had never heard of it before this thread.

I don't think I got the bha lotion/serum in my samples. If I love them and buy what I tried would you recommend I buy it also?

Mine came Friday and I was going to wait because I've been on a skin care kick lately and have tons of travel size I've bought or gotten as a gwp from sephora. After waking up and seeing even more breakouts I decided to forget the other stuff and try PC samples. I'm in dire need of something that works. Jamie or anyone else who regularly uses her products. Do you use other products like masks or peels from other brands or stuck strictly to her products only? I'm really hoping they are half as amazing as ou say they are.

I use her cleanser, toner, serum, bha, and a mask. I also have the resist 9 (the magic potion in the little vial maybe???) for stubborn blemishes. What packs did you get? I'm surprised if they didn't send bha to everyone.

I ran out of my cleanser, but this is my current collection. I've used every type of her products (for my skin type) including foundation.

So many goodies!  I actually just cracked open my paula's choice samples tonight because of the rave reviews.  I have dry skin so I'm hoping this helps.  I already have a Lancome skin regime that I love but I'm searching for a new one that is cruelty free and still soothes and helps my dry skin as much as my old one does.  Hopefully this is it, it would be a lot cheaper as well

My skin is dry as well. The moisture boost was ok for summer, but the skin recovery is more hard core for dry skin. The mask is amazing. I sleep with it on.

They sent the packets of the Clear set, Resist Super Antioxidant Serum, and Resist Anti-aging Clear Skin Hydrator. In addition to breakouts I also have large pores, acne scars, brown spots, and fine lines. The bha or Resist 9 sounds like they may help with many of my issues. I'm thinking of ordering samples of a few of these to see what I want to buy.

Does the packets of the clear set say anything about exfoliating? Those are the bha. She has bha for many different skin types and one is labeled clear.
