Looking for some new ideas - what are your current 'can't be without' styling products, why do you love'em & whats your hair type?

I LOVE Alterna's Hemp styling products.

I use their Hemp Seed Straightening balm (which is also a heat protectant for styling), in combination with their Hemp Seed Straightening Starch (love this stuff), which really straightens my hair well. I also love their Hemp Seed Spray Shine which delivers a nice light-reflecting shine (since styling can be drying to the hair, but it is nice to use period).

PLUS: THEY ALL SMELL GREAT!

I have thick, naturally wavy hair that's in pretty good condition. I don't use much, but living in the desert tends to dry my hair out and dull it down, so I really love Biosilk Silk Therapy treatment when it's still damp. Then I either airdry (which I prefer) or blowdry. I guess I'm just really old-school - wary of putting too much junk in my hair and ruin it.

I have fine yet thick, naturally wavy hair that I either flat-iron and wear down, or leave wavy and put in a ponytail. (I've never been able to make it look good wavy down, and I can never get it straight with a blow-dryer and straightening cream! Especially in the humid summertime!)

I like L'Oreal Hot Straight -- it helps protect my hair from the flat-iron and as an added bonus, it's a very good anti-static product! (Since my hair is so fine, it's full of fly-aways without some sort of product!)

I also like Herbal Essence Flexible Hold hairspray, however I haven't been able to find it lately (maybe it's discontinued?) so I've been using Dove Flexible Hold hairspray which is similar but doesn't smell quite as good! I like flexible hold hairsprays because they keep the fly-aways and frizzies down without making my hair crunchy! Even when I wear my hair down, I always put a little spritz of hairspray along my part to keep the shorter fly-aways down!

Those are really the only 2 products I've been using lately!

Catwalk Camera Ready shine spray

Big Sexy Hair Spray & Play hairspray

Pantene Body Builder Volumizing Mousse

i have thick curly hair and i love to use herbal essense maximum hold mouse to define my curls and when i want to straight iron my hair, i leave my hair to dry (after showering) or blow dry it and then use Biosilk hair serum right before i straight iron it and then spray it with the biosilk shine spray once i'm done straightening my whole hair!!

I love, love all of my Sebastian Body Double products. They truly make my hair feel thicker. I have really fine hair, but lot's of it and this stuff feels like it doubles the diameter. It's amazing.

I love anything by Sexy Hair Concepts!! (As I'm sure you all know by now! lol)

I just love how their products do what they say they will.... you want volume? Go with BigSexy. You want straight & smooth? Then it's StraightSexy. Etc, etc. My hair is fine, but is wavy/frizzy... and they help a LOT!
