The sugar/baking soda everyone is recomending are physical exfoliants... things that are like beady & gritty - I wouldn't recomend that for dry skin. I couldn't imagine putting sugar on my face, it would feel so horrible.

I just recomend using a chemical exfoliant - any product with an AHA in it. Physcial exfoliants are way too harsh for my dry/sensative skin.

I use visibly even foaming cleanser as my only exfoliant

I'm using AHA on a nightly basis at the moment, but that may be too harsh for you especially if you have dry skin. I also use a Microfiber Cloth and Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant. :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I am using:

Face:

Kanebo silk peeling powder

Aspiryn mask

Derma e microdembrazion scrub(sometimes)

Body:

St Ives apricot scrub with AHA

Burt's bees scrub

I'm using a crabtree and evelyn naturals collection exfoliating bar of soap.

It has been working really well reccently, my skin feels SUPER soft!

Elizabeth Ardens - Skin Simple purifying mask. it has little granules in it, so it makes a great scrub and mask at the same time!

I don't like the idea of using scrubs on my face.

Instead I use an exfoliating serum. I use two different types. One is "green cream" and the other is "LacSal".

I have been using a black seed facial mask that I buy online at Sweet Sunnah. It is expensive but lasts a long time. I added extra honey to it for my troubled skin and also apply olive oil mixed with black seed oil to my face before using this.

I use it as a scrub lately, not a mask. Twice a week, really seems to help my skin.

At the moment I'm using Clinique 7 Day Scrub Cream and so far I'm absolutely loving it.

there was a thread about usig towel to exfoliate and it does work for the ppl who tried so maybe u can use that ! its cheap and easy , back to the basics!

i used it and i didnt have a pimple ever since!

I use sugar, and it works so well for me. I take less than a handful of sugar and add a little cool water (not warm because the sugar will just melt) and gently massage my face in a circular motion, then rinse. It leaves my skin SO smooth, it feels great. I love using it on my lips, too. It gets rid of dead skin, and tastes great!

I'm a fan of Dove's Gentle Exfoliating wash. It removes my makeup and the exfoliating beads leave my skin really soft. Plus it was 1/4 moisturizer in it so your skin doesn't get dried out.
