What are you using for exfoliants??

I really like St. Ives Apricot Scrub. It's cheap and they have several formulas depending on your skin type.

I like only one exfoliant and have used it for almost five years now. It took 15 years off my appearance in the first 3 months, buffed off my crow's feet and reduced even big wrinkles a lot. So far it's the best quality and value I've found. If you find a better one, please post it for me.

I use Clarins One Step Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser several times a week. It's gentle on my sensitive skin. Its not really cheap but I've got mine for over half a year and there's still almost half left.

St Ives Scrub made my face break out. Now I use something called a Buf Puf sponge. I use the xtra gentle one so I dont aggravate my skin. I dont get the kind w/ the cleanser in it either. I put my own face wash on and then i gently use the buf puf sponge. i love it.

I didn't care for the St Ives Scrub either although it didn't make my face break out. There are a lot of pretty good microdermabrasion creams out there, it's just that they are so expensive $$.

For those who use sugar or baking soda, what do you mix it with? I want to try it but if I have a moist face, it'll jsut dissolve and baby oil on my face is a no-no.
