hi ladies,

im searching to add an exfoliant to my skincare routine, what are you using? any recommendations? my skin is usually dry.

I'm using Mario Badescu's Kiwi Scrub. It's just "meh" to me, though. I like something that actually scrubs like St. Ive's Apricot Scrub. So, after I'm done with Mario's stuff, I'll more than likely switch to something else.

I use baking soda too when i don't want to "scrub" as hard.

I like St. Ives Apricot Scrub, it's a lil more intense than the baking soda and super cheap.

I also use Dr. Brandt MDB in a Jar. It's not as harsh as the St. Ives , but more intense than baking soda. However, It's way too pricey imo. It has lasted me a very long time (2 years?) but I've decided I will prolly not re-purchase it.

i use different types.. never really cared about the brand as long as its soft on my skin. a friend of mine told me she adds soft grain sugare to her favorite skin cleanser. ^_^ /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Nivea has a creamy exfoliant, the most gentle i've ever used. my fave for now is from Neutrogena (Deep Clean).

Plain sugar as a weekly scrub and the l'oreal refinish as a daily one. It's a microderm abrasion scrub but its so gentle on the skin.

Bobbi Brown Buffing Graines are great, my skin never felt smoother. I think I might like them even better than Kanebo Silk Peeling Powder which I used for years.

I like Queen Helen's Honey Oatmeal scrub.. I used to have St Yves Apricot scrub, but this one I find better. It still has enough scrubby particles in it to actually feel exfoliation, but it's more gentle than the St Yves one, which means that I can use it everyday!

I started using olay regenerist daily cleanser exfoliant, works really good, it's very mild, and once per week I use derma E microdermabration exfoliant in the shower...............
