i have no idea. i tried googling it for you but all i got were hair sticks and it's not at all what you're looking for. maybe you can print out the picture and take it to a beauty supply store and show them. they might know.

I know this isn't what it is, but it reminds me of that lanyard that we used to use to make those keychains that were sooo poplular back in the day.

I don't think so.

I was conisidering getting hott pink little tiny strands in my hair to braid with auburn pieces of my hair so it'd look similar to that only pink.

I really want to find out so if anyone knows for sure PLEASE let me know.

Actually, it looks like thick black embroidery floss braided around her own braids.

I agree, it looks like embroidery floss. Try looking at a craft store and see if you can find some waxed thread. I'm sure that would work.
