I have no idea if it's the same thing or not, but my fiance has little tiny bumps on his forarms and calves and they are actually little ingrown hairs. You could always just go to the dermatolagist and get a diagnosis.

I have had these my whole life and nothing helps me. I've used lotions, creams, exfoliants, scrubs, loofahs...nothing works. The more stuff I tried, the more angry red it gets, so I don't even use soap on my upper arms. If just wash with water and apply lotion after shower...the bumps are at least pink/skin colored instead of angry red. Good luck to you all who are trying to get rid of this...I gave up and I don't care anymore, lol.

I think i have some form of this too, and i've found that except moisturising you can simly use soap on these areas when in the shower, instead of showergels etc, because it somehow helps the skin exfoliate, it removes dead cells i guess.

Yeaahh... I have Keratosis Pilaris too, on my upper arms and thighs, and my dermatologist gave me some lotion to use a while back. I've been kind of lazy and neglecting to put them on though... .____.;

I really hope they clear up as I grow older.

I have been using Aloe Vera Gel (Eckerd Brand) on my arms everday where I got sunburnt and I'm also noticing that my little arm bumpies are getting less noticeable! They're actually going away! My arms are so much smoother! I never thought Aloe Vera would do the trick.. I knew it was meant for moisturizing damaged skin, but I wouldnt have ever thought of using it for my little arm bumpies. This makes me so excited I had to share it with all of you!

For bumps, use a scrub, or microdermabrasion scrub. Apply a glycolic toner on those bumps to make them go away. If you dry out afterwards put aloe on.
