Sweet Perfume..

I tired Duwop's ButterCream Frosting Lotion today and on top of that I sprayed The Body Shop's Vanilla spray. It was lovely!! Such a sweet and pretty scent. Perfect for this season

What about Sugar by Fresh? You either hate it or love it. I love it and get tons of compliments on it!

I'm not really good at describing scents but I would say it is like a spicy lemon with a hint of sugar at first then in about a 1/2hour or so the lemony scent fades and you are left with just this really nice spicy sweet smell. By the way I am talking about Sugar NOT Lemon Sugar. I can't imagine how much more strong the lemon smell in Lemon Sugar would be. Also if the lemon part of the scent didn't fade I probably wouldn't like it so much. I think when you first apply it people probably get turned off because it could remind one of pledge. All this said it is still my favorite perfume. Fresh also has a perfume called Sake which is sweet smelling also and a new one called Memoirs of a Geisha that I also like. Go to a Sephora, Neimans or Marshall Fields and give them a whiff. I'm sure you'd like one of them.

OO try it out you'll love it. After I tried a sample of the Buttercream frosting I am running out to get the full size version of this. Its amazing! I was at the bank today and 2 ladies kinda standing behind me were talking and one said to the other "whats that smell it smells like cotton candy". Haha I knew it was me-- the smell is sooo strong but so pretty!

Anna Sui Dreams is also nice and sweet. If I remember correctly it has a definite peach note to it.

I also loved Armani Mania. We had it at our store last year but we had to return it. I don't know if any other stores still carry it. If you happen to run across it...try it. It smells great!

Sweet Scents:

I use a variety of the Comptoir Sud de Pacifique scents (available at Sephora) and most of them are all vanilla based & smell delicious.

I just tested out Fantasy and it smells great.

My all time favorite is Angel by Thierry Mugler and also Angel for Men.

Wild Musk by Coty is great.

I love sweet scents especially the ones based on food not flowers.

On my trip to LA a couple of months ago, I went o Sephora for the first time (hey Sephora is not in Canada... just Toronto but it is like 8 hours away from me so not near) and I discovered the Comptoir Sud de Pacifique: I bought Vanilla Passion and Vanilla Coco. Love them... expensive but wow.

Curious by Britney gave me the biggest headache and I had to wash myself soon after putting it on me. Fantasy smells much better but not sure I want to buy it.

I love Island Kiss by Escada also...

Jessica Simpson Dessert had great smells but they were sticky and I ended up throwing away a full bottle of the chocolate fragrance. I have not bought any of her stuffs since.

I like Island Kiss as well. I don't think I would describe it as sweet, its more fruity and tropical I think. I wanna try Rockin' Rio next!
