Soft and Silky Hair

Hey guys. Any of you know of good shampoos that'll leave your hair soft and silky? I have fine hair, and for it to feel clean, and silky, that'd be great. Any suggestions? Oh, and I know I've probably asked this before, but are sulfates really bad for our hair? Cuz I've heard that they are, and I've also heard that maybe not. I'm not sure so.. And if not, then why do so many shampoos have them?

I like to use So Soft from Redken. My hair dresser told me to use it and I love it. It doesn't weigh your hair down at all.

Now I don't know how true this is but i have heard that alcohol shouldn't be one of the first three ingredients, so that might help.

theres all kinds but i like back to basic coconut/mango matrix biolage hydrateing shampoo and conditioning balm and for drug store i looove aussie moist shampoo/conditioner and the 3 minute miracle DEEP conditioner that stuff is da bomb doesnt weigh your hair down and smells great..
