That's so odd!  I've never seen them release anything late in the day.  Typically I see things pop up around 11 or so EST.  I grabbed the lip set though.  It's been in my loves for almost a week!  Thank you for the heads up!!!!

It is a full size red nail polish, for Rouge member only they claim.  If you didn't receive it in store, then it should be available to add to an online order as soon as your online account reflects you're a rouge member..

Unless they changed it, it should be an option on the rewards section at check out.  Like when you go to check out and it gives you a page to select a point reward, look towards the top or bottom of those selections.  There should be a button to select, just like when you're redeeming your bday present on an online order.  

If you can't find anything, contact Sephora (facebook is usually fastest response), and they can tell you how to find it/fix it etc.   Stores are supposed to have them too, but you'd probably have to ask for it, and sometimes they don't have them in stock.

Unless you're the type to want things on principle (I am, lol), or are REALLY into red nail polish... I wouldn't be too heart broken over it if you don't end up with it.  It really is just boring basic classic red.  I mean-it's nice having a free product and a full size one at that, I'm just saying the color isn't so unique etc that it is amaze balls.  You're not missing much, basically.

Ha ha, I felt like that too - I actually thought they were just "sample" images and not real things. I was VIB since the program began and NEVER got the silver card. The moment I made Rouge, though, I got the red card and my jaw literally hit the floor. :lol:

Now this is something I'd be fuming over.  The nail polish and mini red lipstick are meh.. but I want my damn card!  Have you tried hounding them on private message on Facebook about it?  If your stores are always out of cards, seems there is something they should do about it.

My Sephora is weird. Whenever I whip out my Rouge card they initially act all excited, like "wow you're Rouge!"   Then I have to remind them to give me some measly samples.  Ugh Rouge why aren't you better?!

Yep, that's the store I go to.  When do you normally go?  It is usually the cashier people acting like they've hardly seen the Rouge cards, but I haven't been having such a hard time getting help or samples when I casually mention I'm a rouge.  Like they'll ask me questions as if I'm a makeup newbie, or if I'm a BI/etc yet.
