I went to the store and picked up a couple of mini palettes I'd been eyeing and got the promo tote. A very cheap tote with 2 fragrance samples, an Anastasia Brow card in a shade I can't use and the only good thing, foil pack of Caolion Hot and Cool Pore pack duo. Aside from the last thing, It was like getting the 3 free samples online, which at least I'd get to pick.
Is it me or has the VIB/VIB ROUGE promos really been terrible this year? I am not gonna make it for next year, and I have to say, now that we can purchase the free shipping, I don't see it being worth it anymore, although I will admit that getting to use the 20% off multiple times is nice, I just don't have the disposable funds right now to do it.I just seem to remember getting REALLY nice swag in these gift bags in the past, with several deluxe samples, not just the foils and cards. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I am a VIP Rogue and I AGREE with what you have said. I have seen a huge decline and the customer service is just terrible. I have had issue after issue with my shipments. So many in fact they flagged me and said I have to do all returns and complaints in-store. I defended myself and said how can I be a VIP Rogue without having several orders? My issue is time. I just dont have the time to go into the store everytime I want something. The samples and special gifts haven't been great at all. I feel like everytime I talk to them I am a bother. I miss the deluxe samples I used to get. Now, I have to use points to get the good items. I don't feel there is an insentive to try and be a VIP/Rogue anymore.

agree - our swag used to be so much better. I figure I won't make it to VIBR for next year and I will just pay the 10.00 for free flash shipping.

Sadly I only need to spend around $200 more to get rouge again for next year, but I have to agree with you guys, being rouge is not even that  great anymore! I have not picked out anything yet, but I will be sure to use my 20% off by the this weekend. This is the first year I didn't spend enough to be VIB.  My friend (who is a VIP Rouge) said she didn't get a friend code to give out this year.  Have they stopped giving codes for friends? I was hoping to try and get a friend code from someone so I can make a purchase that will bring me back to VIB status.
