Spehora policy says they can be chanced during the "processing" stage, which can last anywhere from minutes to days. Once the go to the Warehouse for fulfillment, they can no longer be changed or canceled.  I haven't tried it, and of course no e-mail from Sephora, but you aren't the first person I've seen say it works. Maybe it got extended do to all the website errors on the first day?

I'm having major regret about buying that huge buxom lip gloss roulette. I dunno what I'm gonna do with 15 more glosses  /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

They are backed up on orders so you could try canceling if it hasn't been "sent to warehouse" yet. I placed an order almost 15 hours ago and now it still only "in progress" (which I can't even find anything about on their website), but had two other orders do the same before they finially got the sent to warehouse.

Sephora now sells Lime Crime?!  I have just enough on my gift card to pick up two items with the GIFTVIB code that is still working, and I was all set to hit place order. I think I'm going to try and save the little bit that's left on my card though to put towards Black Friday.  Hmmm...

Ladies - I need opinions.  I have a ton of palettes.  All of the TooFaced palettes, all the naked, stila, and most of the tarte.  I have last years Kat Von D also. 

I have been looking at the Hello Kitty and Kat Von D Star Studded for the past few days.  Should I purchase or am I good enough.  I tend to stay on the neutral side so maybe they are too colorful for me.  Any suggestions? or perhaps just tell me the eyeshadow formulas stink, then my mind will be at ease for missing them.

You can see her swatches too... definitely some of the pigments look super bleh. It's too bad. It will probably sell well anyway just because parents who want to give their kids something cutesy

I looked at and swatched the Kat Von D Star Studded palette in store. The packaging in my opinion was not cute and the pans were super small compared with say the Naked palettes. That's how I decided to pass on that!

Look up the reviews for the kat von d! People are like how could they put this product out?! It's that bad I guess. I did a few swatches and I was not impressed. Holiday palettes are a huge deal..she has put out so many amazing palettes so why not stick with that formula we all know and love?!

I went to get my mirror yesterday and they hadn't received their shipment yet.  Usually when I go to pick up my freebie though they are already out though.

That one purplish eyeshadow in the KVD palette is SHOCKING. Even $1 wet n wild shadows don't apply anywhere near that badly!!

That being said, I always take temptalia's "grades" with a grain of salt because I don't like how she reviews lipsticks. I just visit her site to look at swatches. It doesn't sit right with me that she'll rave about how a lippie gets 6-8 hours of wear for a normal day - but apparently a normal day for her while testing is just a cup of coffee and maybe a few sips of water! And she'll knock the grade down pretty low if it needs reapplying within 2-3 hours. That's nowhere near a "normal" day of wear and tear on my lips, and based on the amount of water I drink every day I definitely don't mind having to reapply my lipstick every few hours.
